We are now looking for a high-energy, analytical Sales Analyst to join our APAC Sales Operations organization. In this role, you will act as the strategic backbone for some of the world’s most significant technology accounts. As a Sales Analyst, you are the critical link between our strategic customers and our internal engines (Finance, Operations, Product, etc.). You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of sales operations, from demand forecasting and "waterfall" trend analysis to supply-commit management and revenue optimization. What you’ll be doing: • Partner with sales account management teams for the assigned strategic accounts in all aspects of customer support. • Function as a key player in coordinating with customers and account managers on demand forecast generation, order fulfillment, and supply contribute management. • Assist account management teams through full sales cycles with activities including special pricing and deal tracking, rebate, EOL terms, and revenue management. • Work with various NVIDIA internal partners (Operations, Finance, Credit, Sales Management and Product Group) to drive continuity of supply and process improvement. • Build and maintain metrics of customer forecast and fulfillment including historical data analysis, waterfall analysis, trending analysis and etc. • Participate in the development and improvement of regional Sales Operations processes to streamline workflows. • Take the lead in performing daily sales administration and operations tasks including customer demand fulfillment, leading customer level supply commits, coordinating hub supply, etc.
1.协助巴西大客户销售团队完成销售目标,提供销售支持和运营支持; 2.跟进客户需求,协助连锁商户处理财务对账数据整理、问题客服工单统计、月度/季度报告等相关工作,及时解决客户问题和投诉,维护客户关系; 3.协助销售团队进行巴西市场调研和竞争分析,支持业务数据播报,为销售策略提供支持; 4.参与策划和执行业务激励和活动、资产管理、费用统计报销、办公用品采收等销售团队支持工作,辅助物料采购和库存管理; 5.营造良好的团队氛围和办公环境,组织团队内部各项团建活动。 What You'll Do: 1.Support the Brazil Key Account Sales Team in achieving sales targets by providing sales and operational assistance. 2.Follow up on client needs, assist chain merchants with financial reconciliation data organization, customer service ticket tracking, and monthly/quarterly reporting; promptly resolve client issues and complaints to maintain strong customer relationships. 3.Assist the sales team with market research and competitive analysis in Brazil; support business data reporting to inform sales strategies. 4.Participate in the planning and execution of sales incentives and events, asset management, expense tracking and reimbursement, office supply procurement; assist with material purchasing and inventory management. 5.Foster a positive team atmosphere and work environment by organizing internal team-building activities.
• Design, evaluate, and optimize sales incentive programs to align with business objectives and market strategy. • Conduct analysis on sales performance and incentive effectiveness to generate business insights and support management decisions. • Prepare and present analytical reports, forecasting and recommendations on incentive effectiveness to various stakeholders, including sales management. • Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, HR, and other relevant teams to communicate and optimize incentive policy implementation and processes. • Track the execution of incentive programs and ensure the accuracy of commission calculations. • Support the sales team by articulating incentive policies, responding to queries, and gathering frontline feedback.

Strategic Goal Setting and Implementation: Formulate the path to achieve strategic objectives, break down goals, and monitor the process. Ensure the realization of goals with effective management mechanisms, promote the implementation of sales strategies, and enhance business performance. 2. Internal Coordination and Closure of Sales Projects: Provide feasible optimization suggestions for project outputs, and be responsible for following up and driving the coordination, execution, and achievement of cross-departmental sales projects. 3. Data Monitoring and Analysis: Build analytical models, uncover trends in business operations, provide early warnings, monitoring, and interpretation for abnormal business metrics. Insight into business issues based on data, identify opportunities for business development, track business progress, and drive business growth. 4. Competitive Strategy Analysis and Supervision: Responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing competitors' strategies and industry conditions from sales channels, customers, and the market. Timely consult with relevant sales parties to form countermeasures, coordinate with other departments for implementation, and report results and future contingency plans. 5. Assessment and Proposal of Non-competitive Sales Strategies: Continuously evaluate the current non-competitive aspects of sales strategies, identify risks, raise issues, and propose solutions. Supervise the implementation and closed-loop management.
Responsibilities: ● Metrics Management: Assist in establishing sales management metrics, build data dashboards. ● Daily Data Analysis: Apply SQL to extract necessary data for daily sales management and develop corresponding analysis. ● Sales Meeting Preparation: Assist in the preparation of materials for sales meetings.
