任职要求
Must Have
BS degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
Proficiency in English (speaking and listening): Sufficient to actively participate in technical discussions and meetings with international suppliers.
Valid driver's license for in-vehicle testing.
Ability to multi-task and context switch between orthogonal projects running in parallel.
Ability to communicate complex technical topics across organization levels and functions.
Ability to analyze data to develop technical insights and make decisions.
Nice to Have
Experience with vehicle systems, chassis controls, C/Python, CAN/Vector tools, DFMEAs, HARAs, or ISO 26262.
