PurposeTo bridge business needs and AI capabilities by identifying, designing, and implementing AI-driven solutions that enhance operational efficiency, decision-making, and business innovation. This role acts as a key interface between business functions and IT, ensuring AI initiatives align with organizational goals. AI Solution Design & Implementation – Work with IT, data teams, and vendors to design and deliver feasible AI solutions aligned with business priorities. 3. Project Management – Manage AI projects end-to-end, ensuring timely and quality delivery with measurable business outcomes. 4. AI Enablement & Adoption – Drive AI adoption initiatives and promote organization-wide awareness and skill development in AI tools and automation. 5. Data & Compliance Alignment – Collaborate with Data Governance, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure AI initiatives adhere to data protection and local regulations. 6. Performance Evaluation & Continuous Improvement – Measure business impact of AI initiatives and continuously refine solutions based on data-driven insights. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with customers, sales, solutions architecture, software development and service teams to deliver technical solutions that solve some of the most complex and challenging technology problems of today. You will work with customer and internal stakeholders to scope work, set business goals, identify appropriate resources, track and report on progress and develop schedules. You will be a single point of contact to your customer and internal stakeholders on the progress of all the activities related to your customer. You will also need to assess risks, anticipate bottlenecks, provide critical issue management, balance trade-offs, and encourage risk-tasking to maximize business value. Responsible for the presales (technical sales) support for digital human, AR filter, and other AI-related innovative project for the North-East Asia market (especially Japan) to: (1) Provide technical support in the sales process, including product introduction, demand analysis, solution design, PoC support, product testing, and draft technical proposals or related technical documentation to support the sales process. Responsibility also includes project status updates, risk analysis through PoC, and customer feedback. (2) Support for project delivery and provide development guidance to customers and partners in the process of system integration. (3) Ad-hoc technical support and help troubleshooting to solve technical issues via efficient internal communication with remote R&D teams. (4) Train and guide customers to utilize SenseTime solutions to meet their requirements. (5) Regular market research to help the product team develop future features per market dynamics.
- Hire, on-board, train, and develop new Solutions Architects and Solution Architecture Managers; you should be an exceptional builder of great people. - Coach Solutions Architects to conduct one-to-few and one-to-many technical sessions so they can transfer deep technical skills to customers who are considering or using Selling Partner API - In partnership with partner management teams, formulate and execute a partner-focused strategy to drive adoption of Selling Partner API - Guide and prioritize the development of white-papers, data sheets, and other high-value customer facing guidance and best practices. - Own the technical strategy that will increase customer value and adoption of well-architected Selling Partner API solutions across Solution Providers. - Drive Solutions Architecture initiatives across multiple geographies. - Act as a conduit and liaison between partners, service engineering teams and support.
