Responsible for the presales (technical sales) support for digital human, AR filter, and other AI-related innovative project for the North-East Asia market (especially Japan) to: (1) Provide technical support in the sales process, including product introduction, demand analysis, solution design, PoC support, product testing, and draft technical proposals or related technical documentation to support the sales process. Responsibility also includes project status updates, risk analysis through PoC, and customer feedback. (2) Support for project delivery and provide development guidance to customers and partners in the process of system integration. (3) Ad-hoc technical support and help troubleshooting to solve technical issues via efficient internal communication with remote R&D teams. (4) Train and guide customers to utilize SenseTime solutions to meet their requirements. (5) Regular market research to help the product team develop future features per market dynamics.

1.Pre sales Process Leadership & Opportunity Conversion Engage early in the sales cycle, joining sales teams in high level client meetings to deeply explore and understand client business objectives and challenges. Lead technical presentations, solution design, and blueprint development for complex projects, clearly articulating the technical advantages, business value, and implementation roadmap. Take ownership of the overall technical solution design, writing, and review for key bid projects, ensuring proposals are innovative, feasible, and commercially competitive. Lead or oversee the design and execution of Proofs of Concept (PoCs), ensuring they effectively validate solution value and advance purchase decisions. 2.Solution Design & Innovation Develop standardized industry solutions for key verticals based on company products and technologies. Continuously track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies, providing frontline insights and recommendations for product planning and market strategy. Translate client requirements into clear product feature needs and collaborate with product management and R&D teams to influence and optimize the product roadmap. 3.Client Collaboration & Internal Coordination Establish and maintain a credible, trusted technical expert reputation with clients, managing relationships with key technical decision makers. Ensure seamless and accurate handover of pre sales solutions to the delivery team, laying a solid foundation for successful project implementation. Collaborate with sales leads to jointly achieve solution related quarterly and annual sales targets.

Responsibility: · Collaborate with various product teams and SI(System Integration) partners to formulate solutions integrating combinations of multiple products and functions which fit into customer's business.(30%) · Analyze and oversee all aspects of requirements to develop an industrial focused solution which can be replicated to different projects and customers.(20%) · Work closely with the sales and marketing team on proposals and pitches for business as a technical expert.(20%) · Design and conduct PoC(Proof of Concept) & PoT(Proof of Technology) to fulfill customer's criteria.(20%) · Ensure that the company’s product can deliver on the customer’s requirements and providing ongoing support for customers post implementation.(10%)
