-制定增长策略:结合公司战略目标,制定中长期增长路径,聚焦用户获取、激活、留存与复购。 -跨端增长落地:独立或协同团队推进 C 端(用户侧)及 B 端(商户/渠道侧)增长项目,确保关键指标提升。 -产品增长闭环:基于用户行为数据提出产品改进建议,协同产品、技术、设计等角色推动产品迭代。 -A/B测试与数据分析:设计并推进实验方案,分析用户行为数据,验证增长策略有效性。 -项目管理与跨团队协作:主导项目从0到1的推进流程,高效协调跨职能团队资源。 -业务出差支持:支持国内外重点市场业务拓展与调研任务,能适应灵活出差节奏。

Your key responsibilities include: Lead Pricing Strategy & Execution : - Own end-to-end pricing decisions, including dynamic price adjustments, surge pricing models, and promotional campaigns. - Conduct deep-dive analytics to evaluate pricing effectiveness, elasticity, and ROI, ensuring alignment with business goals. - Collaborate with BI, Product and other teams to design and implement scalable pricing frameworks.
