工作职责


1. 商机库建设及维护。在目标区域维度招募和引入供应商,并持续储备候选供应商池,做好建联和维护,确保候选供应商的充足和活跃。
2. 与供应商共背配送目标。理解并传达供应商政策和考核目标,帮助供应商拆解运力规划和管理方案,定期监控供应商目标达成进度,及时发现问题和提出改进意见。
3. 供应商运营及成长。理解供应商的需求、痛点和管理难度,并通过培训、及时支持、系统工具建设、资源赋能等方面帮助供应商成长,为优质供应商占比提升负责。
4. 供应商运力健康度提升。深入了解供应商和骑手的合作及劳务关系,调整最佳运力结构。同时了解供应商骑手的痛点,及时与供应商协作提供解决方案,确保供应商骑手的正常发薪和基础权益保证,规避如骑手或供应商罢工等PR事件发生。
