任职要求
1. 计算机、数学、电子工程、通信等相关专业本科及以上学历; 2. 熟练掌握Linux环境下的C/C++,具备优秀的软件开发能力,对数据结构和算法设计有较为深刻的理解; 3. 学习能力强,有强烈的求知欲和自我驱动能力,良好的沟通能力和团队协作能力; 4. 有CPU、GPU 算子优化经验,有并行计算相关背景者优先; 5. 掌握一种主流深度学习推理框架(Tensorrt、OpenVino、Tensorflow Lite、MNN、TNN、NCNN等)者优先; 6. 有 TVM、MLIR、XLA、Triton 等编译优化经验者优先。
工作职责
1. 负责滴滴 AI 推理框架的架构设计,应用于多个场景(NLP, ASR, LLM) 2. 参与高性能算子的开发及优化,支持多个后端 3. 参与模型量化相关工具设计及开发工作 4. 参与深度学习图优化,编译优化,分布式推理等性能优化工作 5. 参与服务化框架开发,SDK 封装及功能开发
