The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end outsourcing procurement and vendor operations across Southeast Asia, ensuring cost efficiency, operational excellence, and compliance. Key Responsibilities: ꔷ Lead the procurement, project delivery, and vendor management of outsourced labor services across Southeast Asian countries for Lazada. This includes roles such as Customer Service, Information auditing, Tagging, Content and User Operations, and Blue-collar roles in logistics and warehousing. ꔷ Develop a deep understanding of the Southeast Asian labor market and manage the full vendor lifecycle—selection, onboarding, performance evaluation, and retention. ꔷ Drive cost optimization initiatives by analyzing labor cost benchmarks across markets and implementing diversified cost-saving strategies in collaboration with business stakeholders. ꔷ Manage end-to-end procurement processes including vendor sourcing, proposal evaluation, negotiations, contract management, annual framework agreements, and project delivery. ꔷ Proactively develop and manage key stakeholders, suppliers, and agencies. Build strong relationships, complete performance scorecards, and deliver constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement. ꔷ Ensure procurement processes are transparent, ethical, and fully compliant with legal requirements and internal compliance policies. ꔷ Adhere to the Procurement SOPs and guidelines, while educating internal teams on procurement best practices and standardized ways of working. ꔷ Assist in the development and implementation of KPIs and SLAs for suppliers to track performance and ensure service quality. ꔷ Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, finance, and accounting to ensure alignment and accuracy in procurement-related operations. ꔷ Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders (e.g., business units, outsourcing management, legal, finance, and systems teams) and external partners to support the digitalization and systemization of the outsourcing lifecycle.
