任职要求


1.6年以上外卖平台用户运营,或者战略规划,战略咨询,或者有著名电商平台或者大型商超企业电商业务等行业的经验
2.有海外学习或海外市场工作经历,或者具有O2O行业用户运营相关经验和具备ExcelSQLTableau等数据工具使用经验者优先;
3.“用户第一”:新业务以产品和体验优先,需要时刻保持敏锐,去洞察用户感受和需求,站在用户角度思考未来;
4 “求知、好奇”:保有对探索新领域和新业务的好奇心,不断地学习和了解行业中的最优解,并带领团队突破瓶颈;

工作职责


User growth & Category strategy Director 零售外卖商户增长和品类运营总监
工作地点:北京
岗位职责:
1. 主要负责滴滴国际化外卖业务在拉美地区的用户增长和运营策略,通过掌控营销预算,国际化商超业务在拉美地区的用户数量和活跃度保持增长。通过持续监控数据和运营情况,及时调整运营策略,营销和投传策略,及时解决实际运营问题。
2. 协助管理团队制定年度,季度,月度的规模预估、预算分配等模型搭建和测算。
3. 深入研究本地和国内竞品市场和策略,打造Grocery业务在用户心中的“性价比第一”的价值主张,与各个合作团队协作,不断优化用户增长策略,提高预算效率,设计出符合拉美市场特点, 用户需求,且最大程度保证用户体验和未来增长潜力的用户增长策略。
4. 负责构建并持续优化商品品类结构,提升用户在端内的购物商品数量和购物效率,为用户提供丰富的商品供给;
5 与商务、运营及市场团队紧密合作,规划促销活动,季节性和及时性,持续提升商品目录的加购转化效率, 为业务核心结果负责;
6 倾听和洞察用户感受,发现并解决用户体验问题,提升复购和频次
