1. Develop and execute a comprehensive user growth strategy aligned with the company’s business goals, focusing on acquiring high-quality users, boosting activation rates, increasing user retention, and optimizing monetization channels; 2. Own the user growth road-map: Prioritize features, experiments, and initiatives based on data insights, market trends, and user feedback. Iterate quickly on under performing efforts and double down on high-impact wins; 3. Drive data analysis and experimentation: Leverage user behavior data to identify growth opportunities, design A/B tests for on boarding flows, pricing models, and feature adoption, and measure the impact of every initiative. 4. Stay ahead of industry trends: Monitor competitors’ growth strategies, emerging technologies and best practices in user growth to keep our product ahead of the curve.
Job Description 1. Build and execute global social media strategies (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X, Facebook, Reddit, etc.) aligned with product positioning, platform trends and business goals. 2. Plan and execute social media campaigns (includig social UGC campaigns), monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet objectives. 3. Collaborate with influencers to amplify brand voice and generate authentic user engagement. 4. Monitor channel analytics and user feedback to continuously optimize content direction and community growth. 5. Stay on top of platform algorithm updates and content trends (e.g. hashtags, meme culture) and propose proactive strategies. 6. Partner with cross-functional teams including KOL team and Creative Team, to ensure consistent brand messaging and campaign integration. Description The role of Digital Product Owner is to provide product leadership across the key websites under Ant International which are alipayplus.com, antglobal.com and antom.com. You’ll own the overall experience and performance of the websites you’ll support and work closely with stakeholders across the Ant International business to deliver best-in-class website experience for the customers and the business. You’ll define new technology requirements, align the website product roadmap with wider business initiatives, and work cross-collaboratively with teams based in London, China, Malaysia and Singapore across multiple disciplines (engineering, design, content, SRE etc.) to ensure the on-time delivery and high standards across design, functionality and content. Boost User Retention - Build habit-forming features and engagement loops through strategic push notifications, email campaigns, and in-app prompts that drive consistent user return and long-term engagement. Scale Experimentation - Run 10+ experiments weekly and cultivate a data-driven testing culture across all elements—from UI components to complete user flows. Base all decisions on statistical significance rather than opinions. Cross-functional Leadership - Partner with Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, and Design teams to rapidly ship growth features at startup speed within a larger organizational structure.
