Skills & Qualifications 1. Proven experience developing and executing social media strategies in fast-paced, consumer-facing industries. 2. Deep understanding of the overseas social media landscape and user behaviors. 3. Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into social content and campaign strategies. 4. Strong sense of English copywriting, storytelling, and visual communication. 5. Data-driven and goal-driven with hands-on experience in social analytics, benchmarking, and reporting tools. 6. Highly organized, collaborative, and comfortable leading multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred 1. Minimum 4+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content strategy, preferably in consumer electronics 2. Experience working in fast-growth or global brands. Familiarity with social commerce trends. 3. Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or relevant field. Fluent English, native or bilingual speaker preferred.

Job Description 1. Build and execute global social media strategies (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X, Facebook, Reddit, etc.) aligned with product positioning, platform trends and business goals. 2. Plan and execute social media campaigns (includig social UGC campaigns), monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet objectives. 3. Collaborate with influencers to amplify brand voice and generate authentic user engagement. 4. Monitor channel analytics and user feedback to continuously optimize content direction and community growth. 5. Stay on top of platform algorithm updates and content trends (e.g. hashtags, meme culture) and propose proactive strategies. 6. Partner with cross-functional teams including KOL team and Creative Team, to ensure consistent brand messaging and campaign integration. Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of content 7. Provide leadership and training to junior social staff (if applicable).

Develop brand strategy and manage brand assets within the global brand framework, ensuring the delivery of localized and compelling designs and creatives; 2. Based on the brand strategy, design partnership resource models, including IP collaborations and sponsorships; 3. Develop the company’s annual brand communication calendar and lead the planning and execution of brand communication events on a yearly, quarterly, and monthly basis (including both online and offline marketing campaigns); 4. Define media strategies and execution mechanisms for brand communication, taking ownership of brand awareness and positioning; 5. Oversee local social media operations and influencer (KOL) engagement.
1. Marketing Strategy & Planning - Develop and execute annual marketing and brand communication plans based on iQIYI’s international strategy and local market trends. - Define marketing objectives (user acquisition, retention, brand awareness, IP buzz) to meet business goals. 2. Content Marketing & Promotion - Oversee marketing campaigns for local original and co-produced drama series, including scheduling, pre-launch, launch, and - long-tail promotion. - Plan high-impact events such as red carpets, press conferences, fan meetings, and IP activation campaigns to maximize visibility and engagement. - Collaborate across teams to enhance the commercial and promotional value of content. 3. Brand & Public Relations Management - Establish brand positioning and communication strategy to build iQIYI’s presence and reputation in Thailand. - Maintain relationships with key media, KOLs, government stakeholders, and industry associations. - Manage crisis communications and public sentiment to safeguard brand image. 4. Digital Marketing & Growth - Lead digital marketing strategy across SNS, KOL, SEM/SEO, and integrated offline campaigns. - Drive local engagement through platforms like TikTok, Twitter, Line, Instagram, and YouTube. 5. Leverage data analytics to optimize acquisition and retention models for growth efficiency. - Cross-Functional & Partner Collaboration - Work closely with content, operations, commercial, and legal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives. - Manage local agencies (advertising, PR) to deliver high-quality campaigns. - Build partnerships with brands, OTT platforms, telcos, and e-commerce players for joint marketing opportunities. 6. Team Leadership & Development - Lead the local marketing team (marketing, PR, social media, design), setting clear KPIs and career development paths. - Mentor team members to enhance professional expertise and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
1. Respond to comments concerning support issues made on our social channels in a timely, friendly, and professional manner, to educate and create positive connections with our customer community;2. Enhance the brand by increasing social media presence; responding to all inquiries in a timely manner;3. Resolve product or service problems by determining the issue, selecting the resolution and implementing the correction to customer satisfaction;4. Paired with the understanding of our business, product and service and provide thoughtful, strategic insight regarding customer requests;5. Conduct follow-up with customers to ensure any issues are resolved in a timely manner;6. Recommend potential products or services to management by understanding customer needs;7. Marketing and/or customer service support as needed;8. Other duties as assigned.

Content Strategy and Planning - Develop and implement content strategies across various platforms (Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Youtube, etc.). - Align with agency to create & develop content calendar, including thematic content, campaigns, and promotions. - Collaborate with creative team to create multimedia content (photos, videos, infographics, etc.). - Collaborate product teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency. - Maintain a consistent brand voice across all social media platforms, adapting to platform-specific styles and audiences. 2. Data Analytics & Reporting - Analyze performance metrics (engagement rates, reach, impressions, etc). - Develop weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights to improve campaign, content strategy, and ROI. - Keep up with social media algorithm to ensure content is optimized for visibility and engagement. 3. Paid Social Media Ads - Brief and manage paid campaigns across social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc. 4. Trend Spotting & Innovation - Stay updated on emerging social platforms, trends, and viral content, integrating these into brand strategy.
