工作职责


1. 用户体验洞察与诊断:深入分析用户在搜索框输入、筛选、结果页浏览、推荐信息流浏览等环节的行为数据,识别体验痛点、流失节点及潜在优化机会。
2. 内容生态建设与提效:负责搜索推荐场景下内容(商户信息、商品/套餐、评价等)的质量、丰富度、时效性与相关性运营;运营关键内容标签体系,确保标签准确性和覆盖率,赋能算法精准匹配。
3. 协同算法与产品迭代:基于业务洞察和数据分析,向算法和产品团队提出明确、可落地的策略需求和建议。
4. 效果评估与持续优化:建立完善的搜索推荐运营效果评估体系,监控关键指标变化,定期输出分析报告;跟踪行业最佳实践与竞品动态,提出创新性优化思路。
