What are my responsibilities? • Clear understanding of RI China strategy, effectively implementation and fulfillment strategic goals. • JV company business responsibility (profit and loss) for economic success to attain the established objectives. • Deliver the highest value to customers: high quality, fast delivery, and good service. • Continuously drive productivity improvement and cost down by all technical and managerial measures. • Continually compares JV company target and actual result to establish objectives and appropriate control measures and to reliably forecast and ensure the course of company business. Risk management assesses possible unexpected events & in projects, and to initiate prevention measures. • Lead and drive lean & digitalization transformation in factory, to become the forerunner of digitalization. • Develops, adapt, and implement optimal organizational forms, procedures, and processes to ensure the efficient use of resources. • Optimal use of all resources, selection of sales channels, ensures contract are fulfilled to best meet customer requirement and provide added value. • Excellent employee management including attract, develop, and retain talents for sustainable success of the company. • Communicates openly and transparently with JV Partner, establish good relationship, and gain a high level of trust. • Cooperates with local government to win their support and fulfill Siemens social responsibility. • Maintains a proper setup and organization in his/her area of responsibility to be able to carry out the assigned responsibilities.
•Lead Market Expansion and Localization Strategy: Oversee the development and implementation of business expansion and localization strategies for DingTalk in the Japanese market, including product functionality, experience, marketing, and customer service. •Drive Product Localization: Collaborate with DingTalk product teams to ensure that the product features, interfaces, and experience align with the needs of Japaneses. This includes overseeing Japanese translation and proofreading to guarantee high-quality localized content, interface design, and promotional materials. Continuously improve the experience of the localized product. •Client Development and Partnership Building: Deeply understand the needs of Japanese businesses and promote the adoption of DingTalk hardware (A1) and AI-powered tables in Japanese enterprises. Establish and maintain relationships with local businesses, channel partners, agents, and other stakeholders to expand market reach. •Responsibile for Team Recruitment, Building, and Management: Lead the recruitment and management of a localized team in Japan, including marketing, sales, customer service, and technical support team. Provide guidance and oversight for market research, feedback collection, and localization efforts. •Market Activities and Brand Promotion: Plan and execute online and offline marketing activities to enhance brand awareness and retention in Japan. Partner with local media, influencers (KOLs), and industry exhibitions to strengthen DingTalk's market presence. - Provide reception service such as meet and greet visitors, manage telephone calls. - Perform daily clerical duties such as arranging courier, sort and distribute mail, checking vendor/supplier invoice and obtain approval. - Perform daily administrative duties office supplies order, office maintenance. - Establish and maintain office administration system such as maintain training records, leave and sick records, supplier record with credit term. - Establish and maintain travel log and spending. - Provide vendor/supplier invoice to accounting firm for payment and handle invoice and payment queries. - Secretarial service to General Manager in Malaysia and key senior executives of the local team. - General day-to-day running of the General Manager, Malaysia’s office (including calls, diary, systems, filing, and billing). - Organize and attend meetings and prepare minutes as appropriate. - Making travel arrangements, preparation of trip files and itineraries. - Prepare expenses claims forms and obtain approval.
