岗位职责: 1、负责得物海外HR Operation 团队的整体发展规划设计、实施和运营管理,从0到1搭建海外HR服务体系; 2、负责设计和整合得物海外SSC的核心业务流程,基于总部人力资源体系大框架,建立海外统一服务流程与操作规范,对流程定期调整优化,执行监管流程正常运行,提升内部用户体验; 3、根据海外不同区域不同国别的业务与用工市场特征,持续完善SSC服务政策、工作办法和相关制度体系; 4、负责持续挖掘海外人力资源业务端需求,持续完善e-HR平台服务内容和产品; 5、基于e-HR产生的业务信息数据,为业务、BP、COE等提供数据支持,提升HR整体数字化运营水平; 6、负责承接海外HR Operation相关第三方供应商管理,确保服务流程的执行与服务质量,以及服务的持续改善; 7、培养专业的、高效的、具备良好服务意识的海外HR Operation团队,提升整体团队的执行力与专业度。
Position Overview As the HR and Administration lead for the Singapore office, you will be responsible for all aspects of local HR and administrative management, including recruitment, employee relations, learning and development, compensation and benefits, compliance, and office operations. You will work closely with the headquarters and global HRC team to ensure the effective implementation of organizational and talent strategies that support sustainable business growth in the region. Key Responsibilities 1. Lead local recruitment and talent acquisition efforts according to business plans, ensuring hiring efficiency and talent quality. 2. Proactively identify and resolve employee relations issues, promote cross-department collaboration, and foster a positive and efficient work environment. 3. Collaborate with the global HR team to organize onboarding, training, and professional development programs to enhance employee capability and business understanding. 4. Provide insights on local compensation and benefits trends, offer recommendations to maintain competitiveness while ensuring alignment with budget and company policies. 5. Implement and continuously optimize local HR and administrative policies and processes to ensure compliance and operational efficiency. 6. Support regional or country management on workforce planning, performance management, employee development, and motivation initiatives. 7. Oversee office administration and operations, ensuring a well-functioning and employee-friendly workplace environment.
Support NIO’s global rewards review cycle including analytics, testing, reporting, and budgeting; · Conduct compensation data analysis utilizing both internal and external sources, including participation in salary surveys, highlighting conclusions for the broader total rewards team to make informed decisions; · Develop training and reference materials, and consistently participate in global total rewards projects; · Assist in Europe compensation structures build-up, refinement and annual refresh; · Assist in Europe benefits program design, implementation and management; · Support headcount planning, annual budget review and administration; · Research trends in global compensation topics and benchmark practices; · Identify opportunities to standardize and simplify processes.

This role bridges internal business needs with external labor providers to ensure compliance, efficiency, and alignment with organizational goals. You will manage relationships with staffing agencies while driving innovation in workforce solutions. Key 1. Workforce Planning - Align contingent labor strategies with business objectives, ensuring scalability and adaptability to market demands. - Develop and implement policies for temporary workers, consultants, and contractors, ensuring compliance with international labor laws and regulations . 2. Vendor & Partner Management - Cowork with Purchasing to negotiate contracts, SLAs, and pricing models with staffing agencies and outsourcing partners . - Monitor vendor performance metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hires, cost efficiency, payroll accuracy) and resolve escalations . 3. Compliance & Risk Mitigation - Ensure adherence to labor laws, worker classification standards, and data privacy regulations across jurisdictions. - Conduct audits to mitigate co-employment risks and optimize labor outsourcing utilization . 4. Operational Excellence - Oversee end-to-end processes: onboarding/offboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and workforce analytics . - Collaborate with HRIS/IT teams to implement and troubleshoot relevant HR platforms . 5. Stakeholder Engagement - Act as a liaison between business units, HR teams, and external partners to address workforce challenges and drive solutions . - Lead cross-cultural communication initiatives to ensure seamless collaboration in diverse markets . 6. Data-Driven Decision Making - Analyze workforce trends (e.g., spend, turnover, compliance risk ) and deliver actionable insights to leadership . - Utilize metrics to optimize vendor management and time-to-productivity for contingent workers .
