Description The role of Digital Product Owner is to provide product leadership across the key websites under Ant International which are alipayplus.com, antglobal.com and antom.com. You’ll own the overall experience and performance of the websites you’ll support and work closely with stakeholders across the Ant International business to deliver best-in-class website experience for the customers and the business. You’ll define new technology requirements, align the website product roadmap with wider business initiatives, and work cross-collaboratively with teams based in London, China, Malaysia and Singapore across multiple disciplines (engineering, design, content, SRE etc.) to ensure the on-time delivery and high standards across design, functionality and content. What you’ll do: ● As one of the digital product owners you’ll work within the international digital marketing and content team ● You’ll be responsible for guiding the development and enhancement of our websites to support demand generation, top of funnel growth and excellent user experience Gathering stakeholder requirements across cross functional teams and channel owners, prioritising them and working closely with an internal product development and tech development team to ensure successful delivery of each new enhancement/sprint ● Involved with and coordinating content creation working with PR, marketing and product teams as well as analytics to measure your ongoing success and achievement towards business objectives ● Plan then prioritize the roadmap working closely with the Head of Marketing and Head of Digital Marketing ● Implement the vision and strategy across multiple geographies and be comfortable working across multiple time zones ● Manage the backlog working closely with delivery leads in China ● Identify initiatives to improve the websites with a focus on conversion optimisations and engagement ● Work with UED team to drive end to end website product initiatives including research and discovery, development of user flows, wireframes and stories (with UX/Design), and ongoing optimisation ● Work with other internal departments identify customer pain points and to develop solutions ● Collate requirements in to briefing documents and collaborate with delivery leads to size up requirements ● Able to balance and manage core website initiatives and ad-hoc campaign projects ● Be comfortable conducting testing across devices and browsers ● Incorporate SEO best practices across multiple search engines and geographies ● Comfortable with creating wireframes in Figma ● Leverage relationships to execute on objectives successfully
The Role As a Senior Product Manager of e-shop applications, you will lead the product strategy and execution for Tesla’s e-Shop applications, driving improvements in sales enablement, customer experience, system integration and backend infrastructure. As the key IT product owner, you will design and deliver advanced e-shop features that support sales growth, all while maintaining the speed and agility that defines Tesla. Job Title: League Solution Architect – Power & Energy Systems Secure Power – Data Center Systems is seeking a highly experienced technical professional to assume the role of League Solution Architect – Power & Energy Systems on a worldwide basis. The League Solution Architect is a League-level technical authority responsible for optimizing and positioning end-to-end power system solutions, combining 3-phase UPS and Energy Storage technologies, to maximize solution competitiveness and customer value. This role complements the Product Owner by focusing on solution architecture, system trade-offs, and customer-facing technical leadership, while Product Owners retain accountability for product strategy, backlog, delivery, and business performance. Responsibilities: Solution Architecture & Competitiveness Build and optimize end-to-end power system solutions combining 3-phase UPS and Energy Storage technologies (e.g. Li-ion, Ni-Zn, and future chemistries) Perform solution-level comparisons, covering: Cost structure, pricing logic, and total cost of ownership (TCO) Efficiency, footprint, scalability, and lifecycle performance Sustainability and environmental impact Risk, qualification status, and roadmap alignment Define and recommend best-fit solution architectures based on customer use cases, constraints, and workloads (including AI-driven profiles) Customer & Key Account Technical Support Act as the League-level technical reference for complex customer inquiries related to: UPS + Energy Storage compatibility System behavior under advanced workloads (e.g. AI load smoothing, transient response, cycling behavior, SOC management) Support key account bids and qualifications by: Performing solution-level specification compliance checks Identifying gaps, risks, and mitigation plans Supporting bidding teams with technically robust and differentiated solution positioning Participate in strategic customer engagements requiring deep system-level credibility Technical Communication & Enablement Own League-level technical communication, including: Solution white papers, technical notes, and reference architectures Internal guidance on system positioning, applicability, and limitations Ensure technical consistency and clarity across customer-facing and internal materials R&D Alignment & Technical Governance Serve as the technical interface between the League and R&D organizations Align and challenge R&D deliverables from a solution- and customer-outcome perspective, across UPS and Energy Storage roadmaps Identify system-level risks, dependencies, and misalignments early to reduce late-stage escalations Decision Support & Portfolio Enablement Provide fact-based technical input to: Solution and portfolio strategy discussions Bid / no-bid decisions Qualification, validation, and investment priorities across Energy Storage technologies Enable faster, higher-quality decisions by resolving solution-level technical questions at League level Location: Kolding, Demark/Shanghai, China/Bangalore, India
