任职要求
1. 机器人学、计算机科学、自动化、人工智能等相关专业硕士及以上学历; 2. 3年以上足式机器人运动控制算法开发经验; 3. 掌握强化学习(如PPO、SAC),能够结合实际需求进行应用; 4. 熟悉机器人仿真平台(如Gazebo、IsaacGym),有真机调试与部署经验; 5. 扎实的运动控制理论基础,掌握机器人运动学、刚体/非刚体动力学建模及坐标空间变换; 6. 精通C++/Python编程,熟悉ROS/ROS2,具备工程化实现能力; 7. 具备较强的系统性思考能力,能够解决复杂问题并与团队高效协作。 加分项: - 有工业或服务机器人实际落地项目经验,能够结合场景完成技术实现; - 掌握嵌入式优化技术,有低功耗实时系统设计的实际经验; - 在顶级会议(如ICRA、CoRL、NeurIPS等)或刊物(如IJRR、TRO等)发表过论文。

1. 研发足式机器人全身运动控制(locomotion)算法,提升动态性能与稳定性; 2. 设计复杂环境下的多自由度机器人运动控制策略,支持实时动态调整; 3. 推动机器人全身运动控制算法的系统集成、仿真验证和硬件部署; 4. 优化控制算法在嵌入式系统中的性能,满足实时性和低功耗需求; 5. 探索机器人全身运动控制在工业、服务或特定场景中的技术应用和落地机会
