任职要求
1、本科及以上学历,国内211/985或海外QS100毕业,英语听说读写优秀,能作为工作语言者优先;
2、5-8年HR多模块工作经验,有2-3年从事海外人力资源COE工作或海外HRBP工作经验者优先,深度熟悉多个海外区域或国家的劳工法、税务等用工实践(印度/越南、欧美、东亚)
3、有成功参与并推动海外HR项目落地的实践经验。
4、open-minded,学习力、适应力强,能接受偶尔海外出差。
工作职责
搭建和优化海外人力资源管理实践:基于公司业务布局,制定适配不同国家/地区的人力资源政策框架,包括招聘、薪酬福利、绩效管理、员工关系等; 2、推动全球化组织能力建设:发挥海外COE职责,协同总部COE、各组织BP,从0到1搭建并落地海外人力资源标准化体系,包含国际化关键岗位培养项目、本地化人才梯队建设及薪酬福利管理、海外招聘渠道建设、全球化文化体系建设等,搭建全球化人才供应链体系; 3、全球化人才管理合规体系:研究不同国家劳动法、合规政策,设计并优化本土化的HR运作策略,搭建海外人力资源合规管理体系,进行风险识别与规避; 4、完善全球化底层体系/流程/机制:基于业务场景及海外人才管理需求,建设并完善海外人才管理体系,提升管理规范性及效率,如设计推广HR数字化工具、海外SSC系统建设等。
1. 深入了解和掌握业务进展和人员现状,根据业务的战略发展方向,进行组织诊断,整合内部资源,提供HR解决方案。 2. 结合业务发展推进组织结构升级,合理有效配置人力资源;支持业务部门进行组织费用的精细化管理,提升整体组织效率。 3. 关注目标管理及绩效考核,确保持续的沟通与反馈。开展员工日常沟通,持续关注员工的成长与发展。 4. 负责企业文化、价值观在部门的落地,营造良好的组织氛围,激活组织状态,提升凝聚力。
Ensure sustainable contribution to business performance and target achievement by transforming business strategy and targets into with HR targets and tailor-made HR solutions, drive, steer and facilitate change management as well as organizational, talent and leadership attraction, development and retention. 1.Drive organizational effectiveness which including organization design, capability building, and change management etc. 2. Be a partner with international business department, understand business strategy and promote effective planning and implementation of human resource strategy in business department. 3. Analyze workforce information and employment issues, provide consultations to business department in HR policies and procedures. 4. Work with different business department to manage employee relationship and engagement management issues. 5. Lead HR initiatives and programs specific for business department to support business need, and support in other HR activities if required.
