1、主导半导体芯片全流程工艺整合，识别关键制程瓶颈，优化工艺参数以提升产品良率及稳定性。 2、通过DOE实验设计、SPC数据分析及失效分析（FA）定位缺陷根因，推动跨部门（PE/EE/QC）协同改善。 3、制定量产工艺窗口并确保工艺稳定性。 4、联动设备、制造、质量部门，建立标准化工艺流程（SOP/OI）及监控体系（FDC/APC）。 5、参与先进技术节点开发，探索新工艺整合方案。

1. 有BEOL Cu process defect经验 2.有团队管理经验，熟悉新人training方法 2. 负责产线缺陷问题的改善, 实现对新制程的良好监测, 确保产线缺陷数据的真实与稳定，服务于产品工艺与良率提升 3. 运用统计学方法数据分析,优化缺陷数据分析系统,强化数据关联性,推动其智能化；

基于芯片制造全过程(FEOL/MEOL/BEOL)中的各种工艺条件及结构特点，完成各种仿真任务，为芯片的生产制造提供理论支撑及工艺优化。具体工作内容如下： 1、芯片制造过程中的各种应力问题仿真，如晶圆翘曲、薄膜应力、晶圆键合、film crack、bending等； 2、机台内部流场仿真，如CVD/EPI/ETCH等机台内部涉及的流场及化学反应； 3、激光、热、力多物理场耦合仿真； 4、光、电磁场仿真；

To enable this, the Customer Quality team consists of a network of Customer Quality Managers (CQM’s) located near our key customers in charge of following up on major Quality Issues (e.g. via Customer Quality notification) and closely engaging all stakeholder to meet customer quality expectations.
