1. 统招硕士及以上学历,市场营销、国际经济与贸易、自动化、车辆工程等相关专业;
2. 10年以上战略及销售工作经验,其中5年以上大客户或大项目类型的销售经验,有人工智能、汽车零部件等行业经验者优先;
3. 极强的商务能力,销售思维导向,能快速识别关键人和关键人的利益诉求,能快速与不同类型的人建立信任,能够拿下有利于公司战略的合作;
4. 极强的逻辑思考和战略思考能力,清晰理解公司的战略,并制定和细化业务的战略落地方案;(包括公司本身的战略,也包括合作伙伴的战略);
5. 极强的合作方案制定能力,让不同诉求、不同立场的合作伙伴能够在一个合作框架下建立合作;
6. 极强的项目管理和执行能力、在合作方案确定后,可以统筹协调各类资源,确保合作的达成;
7. 极强的市场开拓及沟通协调能力;有良好的客户服务意识、敏锐的市场洞察力;优秀的沟通协调能力、谈判能力、应变能力;执行能力强,确保完成下达的任务指标。

工作职责


岗位职责:
1. 发展客户和战略合作伙伴,负责合作伙伴识别、方案的设计、评估、谈判,牵头合作落地,以及合作伙伴关系维护全流程工作;
2. 驱动和协调公司内部相关部门完成客户合作项目的达成;
3. 负责日常大客户关系开拓与维护,完成团队及个人各项业务指标。
4. 负责大客户的开发、谈判、协调及各类市场营销活动;
5. 深刻理解和承接公司战略,梳理战略客户自动驾驶业务的短中长期战略,以及对应的业务模式、实现路径、落地方案和经济模型等;
