工作职责
1、参与 AI 大模型行业薪酬激励机制和政策的设计和制定,包括但不限于:国际派遣政策、全球的薪酬和福利政策、特定岗位的薪酬规则和激励政策等; 2、分析市场薪酬数据,进行薪酬调研和分析,为业务提供具有竞争力的薪酬方案; 3、负责对接业务的年度薪酬回顾、年度激励、年度调薪等项目的制定和落地实施。
1、负责网易互娱招聘运营制度、流程、规范的管理,包括对制度的需求收集与反馈、现有制度的细化与执行、对下游部门的制度宣贯与答疑; 2、负责网易游戏渠道供应商的管理,支持猎头RPO、网络媒体、内推等招聘渠道的开拓和深度运营; 3、负责招聘资源的需求收集与反馈,与招聘供应商的协同管理,对资源的整合与调配; 4、负责日常招聘项目运营管理,做好与上下游部门的项目协同工作,负责招聘项目(内推项目、面试官运营等)的落地、评估和反馈; 5、支持网易游戏的人才市场调研与分析工作。 6、负责招聘数据的日常运营及管理,结合数据进行招聘诊断,并对接上下游部门对问题进行反馈和解决,定时输出不同维度的数据报告,针对招聘提出建设性建议。
1、参与人才发展各模块(任职资格管理、绩效管理、人才盘点)的年度项目运营工作,确保整体项目运营在公司内高效、高质的开展及闭环; 2、支持人才发展各模块(任职资格管理、绩效管理、人才盘点)的数据处理和分析,并提出建设性建议,从数据中发现问题; 3、协助其他COE同事,参与人才发展各模块(任职资格管理、绩效管理、人才盘点)政策宣贯、解读,提升人才发展的效率和质量。 4、日常部门内其他需要组织或支持的工作;
● Partner with business departments under diverse remit, design and deliver organization strategies based on in-depth business understandings. ● Foster the organization development in both local and regional context and be actively involved into framework, policy or infrastructure design across diverse subject matters including but not limited to talent acquisition, training and development, performance management as well as employee relations. ● Act as Subject Matter Expert and provide timely HR advice to key stakeholders, support the development of local COE functions with local insights and market best practice. ● Drive the implementation of multiple HR initiatives and processes while ensure quality services and experience at all levels. ● Through close interaction with key leadership as well as employees at all levels, establish effective and diversified communication framework in the organization, create an atmosphere of trust and goodwill, and promote company culture.
We are seeking a highly capable OD Manager to work directly with the HR Director in driving key HR initiatives and organizational transformation. This role is ideal for a high-potential individual who excels in HR COE functions, cross-functional coordination, and strategic execution. Key Responsibilities Plan and design key HR initiatives and solutions across the organization. Track progress of action items, ensuring responsible stakeholders are aligned and providing regular updates. Assist in the planning and execution of strategic transformation projects. Act as a liaison between the HR and internal teams, with cross functions and different regions, helping to translate strategic direction into actionable plans. Prepare high-quality summaries, reports, and communications for internal and executive-level use. Maintain a pulse on project timelines, risks, and resource needs, ensuring issues are surfaced and addressed promptly. Proactively identify areas for operational improvement and contribute ideas to drive efficiency and execution.
