1. 为组织发展提供人力资源支持,定期进行组织盘点,在招聘、人才发展、绩效考核、员工关系等方面为对接部门提供有效的解决方案并实施; 2. 推动业务变革,负责完善业务部门人力资源的制度、流程、体系,提升人力资源运作效率; 3. 组织文化氛围建设,传递公司核心价值观;建设沟通渠道,保证组织的持续健康成长; 4. 建立与部门各级主管及员工的有效沟通,保证信息在不同层级间的有效传递; 5. 与业务搭档紧密配合,理解业务痛点,匹配HR解决方案,促进组织内外协作,有效保障团队战斗力,激发组织与员工潜能。
1.理解业务战略,基于业务洞察进行组织诊断,为业务部门的战略落地提供建议并参与规划设计与执行; 2.制定组织策略,通过组织架构与机制设计,实现组织高效运转; 3.人才管理与培养,通过人才招聘与选拔、培养、绩效考核、激励、员工关系等,保证优质的团队人才结构与人才质量; 4.传承阿里文化,通过文化策略设计与执行,保障组织状态积极向上; 5.承接HR项目,持续推进组织管理工作的方法论沉淀与模式创新迭代。
1、制定和优化公司薪酬福利政策,确保其竞争力和符合行业标准; 2、持续关注市场,了解行业动态,赋能业务,助力多元治理; 3、与HRBP合作,对所负责业务的薪酬进行调查,设计,分析; 4、结合业务,内部战略外部市场竞对,进行年度激励的方案设计和组织运营; 5、负责集团市场洞见,入职Offer的Guideline的设计和调整; 6、协助HR负责人,处理薪酬方面的疑难案例。
We seek to hire an HR Manager – Alibaba Cloud, who will be a key member of the growing international HR team supporting Alibaba Cloud’s rapid expansion around the world. Alibaba Cloud, founded in 2009, is a global leader in cloud computing and artificial intelligence, providing services to thousands of enterprises, developers, and governments organizations in more than 200 countries and regions. In January 2017, Alibaba Cloud became the official cloud services partner of the Olympics. The successful candidate will be based in Singapore with occasional business travel. Job Description: ● Oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources functions, including Talent Acquisition, HRBP, Training & Development, Employee Relations, HR projects, etc. ● Collaborate closely with senior business leaders and their teams to formulate and implement HR strategies that promote organizational and employee excellence across the region ● Design and implement talent acquisition solutions to meet Alibaba Cloud's explosive business growth, and establish recruitment plans and effective recruitment channels to ensure that all hiring needs are delivered efficiently and accurately. ● Manage the local onboarding processes and partner with the SSC/ Staffing team to ensure seamless integration for new and relocated employees ● Ensure company HR policies, practices and programs comply with local employment laws and provide clear interpretations to employees and managers ● Organize events and activities to drive a positive culture across the teams and departments. ● Undertake other ad hoc projects as required.
