工作职责
1、参与亿级规模的抖音直播的策略优化，包括直播侧主播体验/拉新/留存/成长/营收链路的建模优化工作； 2、负责提供直播业务场景下的策略解决方案，包括但不限于数据挖掘、序列识别、诊断归因、激励任务、礼物推荐等； 3、负责调研先进的机器学习模型，通过数据发现直播业务的增长问题并应用算法解决问题。
