任职要求
1、本科及以上学历，熟练掌握至少1门后端开发语言（Go/Python/Java），有较强的架构能力和规范的代码习惯； 2、具备算法、数据结构、操作系统、网络等计算机基础知识扎实；熟悉后端开发技术栈，熟悉常见分布式组件，MySQL、Redis、MQ等，并具备组件相关的错误排查能力； 3、对于微服务架构有深入理解，了解常用的微服务技术与框架，具备分布式架构的设计、调试、错误排查能力； 4、有音视频相关经验者优先；有直播相关经验者优先；有调度相关经验者优先；有CDN相关经验者优先；有高并发复杂系统设计、实现经验者优先；有直播或CDN相关工作经验者优先； 5、积极乐观，责任心强，工作认真细致，良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神；有优秀的组织协调能力者优先。
工作职责
1、负责直播流相关的后端技术方案的设计与实现； 2、服务端高可用架构的演进工作，包括但不限于架构优化、组件容灾、代码重构等工作； 3、大规模高并发系统的性能调优，长期优化服务端性能； 4、在直播CDN之间进行直播流的分配与调度，迭代调度算法实现不断升级的调度目标； 5、系统稳定性建设，包括高可用架构、故障响应、容灾演练、软件工程（代码评审、文档建设、CI/CD）等。
