2.逻辑思维能力强,较强的数据分析和报告能力;熟练掌握excel技能,熟练掌握SQL查询,具备基础编程能力更优、
3.较强的沟通和协作能力,有复杂业务及上下游协作经验:能够根据对业务架构和资源分布理解,进行跨部门资源协调,达成共识、拿到结果
4.有要性和自驱力、抗压能力强、有业务经验更佳

工作职责


1.了解美食休娱行业商户需求及销售作业流程,结合业务策略,制定策略及玩法,并推动业务策略落地,对关键指标进行监控和复盘,开展销售资源精细化运营;
2.通过市场洞察,数据分析等方式,制定和优化策略、方案,及时发现和定位业务问题,预警风险,并提供解决方案建议,提升各环节转化率,促进业务目标达成
3.专项推进:依据业务发展需求,制定行业专项,有效协同产品、数据、中台、销售、商家运维等各部门,完成专项策略、产品/工具/机制等专项共建和执行,达成专项目标;
