工作职责
1.Act as the P&L gate keeper for the Head of Fulfillment commercial, work closely with Finance team, lead a team to run monthly management review, pricing strategy & framework 2.Be the strategy leader and lead the regional commercial team to prepare for annual review & strategy workshop. Analyze market trends, competitor landscape, pricing & promotion scheme, and customer needs to provide insights for commercial strategy. 3.Work with platform team and drive the development of the commercial+logistics integrated package for fulfillment solution offering. Be the owner from Logistics team to lead end to end process of developing platform commercial+logistics solutions from designing proposal, P&L simulation, project initiation and execution. 4.Conduct market benchmark and competitor analysis to obtain insights and drive discussion of commercial features that support growth of fulfillment business including but not limited to visibility features, seller benefits and buyer benefits at both regional and country level.

Develop P&L simulation assess profitability and support in decision making. 4.Be the owner of pricing governance & P&L gatekeeper for customized pricing . 5.Monitor P&L status, be the gatekeeper for customized pricing request, regularly report findings in cost & pricing gaps and proposing improvements to enhance overall profitability of business. Key Responsibilities: Profitability & Commercial Strategy - Develop and implement pricing strategies to maintain healthy profit margins while staying competitive. - Manage P&L, cost structures, and promotional budgets to maximize profitability. - Secure brand funding for platform promotions, including co-marketing initiatives, vouchers, installment plans (IPP), and exclusive deals. - Optimize category performance by analyzing sales data, market trends, and profitability reports. - Identify new business opportunities to increase revenue and reduce operational costs. Brand Management & Business Development - Own brand relationships and ensure alignment with Lazada’s strategic priorities. - Lead Business Planning with top electronics brands to drive growth. - Negotiate for exclusive product launches, promotional campaigns, and brand investments. - Work with brands to implement Always-on Seller Vouchers, time-bound promotions, and cross-category collaborations. - Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activities to refine brand strategies. Inventory & Assortment Management - Optimize assortment planning, ensuring a strong mix of hero SKUs and new product introductions. - Monitor sell-through rates, stock levels, and Days of Inventory (DOI) to maintain a healthy balance. - Develop demand forecasting strategies to minimize overstock and prevent stockouts. - Work with logistics and supply chain teams to improve inventory flow and fulfillment efficiency. - Implement clearance strategies for slow-moving stocks while maintaining margin targets. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work with marketing, operations, and finance teams to execute brand and profitability strategies. - Align with supply chain and fulfillment teams to improve inventory turnover and operational efficiency. - Collaborate with platform teams to leverage data-driven insights for demand forecasting and pricing optimization.
• Develop and shape the overall deal strategy and structure to meet customer business outcome and goals • Lead negotiations and customer closure for strategic, large, complex or highly competitive deals. • Contribute to developing AWS’s value proposition and solutions to drive revenue growth and Cloud adoption • Develop strategies for pricing and discounts; effectively communicate and identify deal blockers • Act as a trusted advisor in the development of the commercial strategy of deals with AWS Field Sales Executives: partner in the execution of the sales cycle for strategic, complex, or highly competitive commercial opportunities • Inspire, influence, and facilitate alignment with internal stakeholders, experts, and other resources not under direct control, to remove obstacles and achieve desired business outcomes

Understanding rules of engagement of different sporting bodies and competitions, including commercialization structures, with a view to better support Ant International’s interests in new sponsorship or endorsement relationships. 2. Develop in-depth knowledge of Ant International and its respective business pillars to facilitate exclusivity negotiations with commercial partners. 3. Lead end-to-end commercial negotiations for new sports partnerships of Ant International. 4. Ongoing management of sponsorship programs, resolving disputes and optimizing collaboration terms. 5. Navigate post-deal operational issues. 6. Identify and secure new business opportunities, build and maintain partner relationships, and develop strategies to drive business growth. 7. Monitor geopolitical shifts impacting cross-border business strategies.
