Reporting to the Lazglobal FBP lead, you will be responsible for the role as below: - Develop trusted working relationships with Logistics, Commercial and Finance functional teams, and be the key finance contact point between the different teams - Develop a detailed knowledge in logistics & commercial domain to provide guidance and support to day-to-day activities, e.g. operational initiatives, forecasting etc. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to assess risks of business initiatives, establish control and governance framework, and align performance metrics - Challenge assumptions and influence operations to deliver greater efficiency – Identify opportunities to improve working processes (business / finance), propose solutions and drive implementation - Provide insightful, timely and value-added input on key financial topics
1.Business Support & Financial Analysis : Act as a strategic partner to business teams by deeply understanding the operating model, delivering regular P&L, cost, and profitability analysis, and supporting sustainable financial growth. 2.Decision Support:Provide data-driven insights and financial modeling for key initiatives such as new projects, pricing strategy, ROI analysis, and cost optimization, enabling informed and timely business decisions. 3.Management Reporting & Performance Tracking:Actively engage in budget, forecasting, and planning processes to ensure alignment between business strategies and financials; Prepare and deliver high-quality financial reports and KPI dashboards to management, offering actionable insights that support goal achievement and performance accountability. 4.Cross-functional Collaboration & Process Improvement: Work closely with functions such as PD, Tax, HR, Legal, and accounting to ensure compliance and drive improvements in financial processes, systems, and overall operational efficiency.
You will be responsible for the role as below: • Develop trusted working relationships with Marketing, Product and Finance functional teams, and be the key finance contact between the different teams • Handles all finance related matters which includes e.g. budgeting, rolling forecast, financial reporting, management accounts, financial analysis, business analysis, financial modelling etc. • Develop a detailed knowledge in marketing and consumer life cycle management domain to provide guidance and support to day-to-day activities, e.g. operational initiatives, projections etc • Strengthen analytics capability and governance around marketing initiatives to reduce financial losses and improve cost efficiency • Identify opportunities to ramp up operational workflow (business / finance), propose solutions and drive implementation • Work closely with stakeholders from business function, and finance team to align and support any business initiatives, reporting requirement
1. Act as a finance partner to your business team, by providing professional finance analysis and insight to support business development 2. Build accurate forecasts and budget, closely monitor business progress and lead regular financial reviews (weekly, monthly and quarterly) 3. Regularly interact with senior leadership to provide performance analysis and improvement recommendation if necessary 4. Develop ad-hoc business case analysis and facilitate decision making 5. Collaborate with other finance modules or function teams on BAU operation and project

Business partner role: to work closely with Antom Americas BD and FIBD team to address their biz goal, initiatives and deliver business results, including but not limited to pricing, market & industry research, operation improvement, ROI evaluation, project modeling, contract review, risk management and special case handling 2. Business analysis role: Provide high-quality financial analysis and commentary for monthly and quarterly performance review and rolling forecasts by merchant, to support senior management making decisions on key business development opportunities and BD business performance / achievement rate tracking 3. Support budgeting and performance appraisal process: work closely with business team, billing team, FPA, reporting and SSC for financial planning, budgeting and operation matters across all operation regions 4. Get hands-on and influence others in resolving issues and exploiting new opportunities as they arise 5. Support any other ad-hoc projects
