1.PIC for UE domains in SG:Lead the implementation of all regional strategies at the country level, ensuring seamless execution across both the user and merchant sides. This involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to align local operations with regional objectives, monitoring progress, and ensuring that all regional initiatives are successfully rolled out within the country. Additionally, you will be responsible for achieving the predefined target metrics, ensuring that performance goals are met or exceeded. 2. Drive the achievement of UE(include the Coin&Game) objectives in SG. This includes developing and executing strategies to promote the adoption and utilization of LazCoin&Games , analyzing market trends, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the program's success. You will also be accountable for tracking performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions to meet or surpass the set targets. 3. Identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities within the country. This involves conducting market research, analyzing consumer behavior, and staying updated on industry trends to uncover potential areas for expansion. Assist the User Operation team with daily tasks.Support the execution of family travel channel design and activity planning, helping to organize and document operational processes.Participate in user research and market analysis, providing basic insights and reports to support decision-making.Help prepare and maintain project documentation, including meeting notes, reports, and process files.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication and ensure smooth workflow.Assist in tracking and reporting key operational metrics.
1.User Research: Deeply understand the local user needs, consumption habits, behavior preferences, etc. in Qatar. Regularly collect user feedback through various methods such as questionnaires, user interviews, and focus groups, analyze data, and provide a strong basis for the company's product optimization, service improvement, and strategy formulation. 2.Growth Strategy Formulation and Execution: Develop and execute user growth strategies that are in line with the Qatari market based on research results and business goals. This includes but is not limited to strategies for new user acquisition, old user retention and activation, and improvement of user lifetime value. Plan and implement strategies to achieve continuous growth in the number of users and user activity. 3.User Reach Strategy: Plan and execute personalized reach plans for different user groups to increase message open rates, click - through rates, and conversion rates. Use multiple channels such as SMS, Push messages, and in - station messages. Combine user behavior data and user portraits to accurately push content that meets users' interests and needs, and enhance user interaction with the platform. 4.Marketing Activity Strategy: Be responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing various online and offline marketing activities, such as festival promotions, exclusive activities for new users, and user feedback activities, to enhance brand awareness and user participation. Track and analyze the effectiveness of activities throughout the process.
