1. Regional Strategy Development - Collaborate with regional teams to develop and refine strategic plans that align with the organization's long-term goals for Digital Goods (DG). - Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer behaviors across regions to identify opportunities for growth and innovation. - Propose actionable recommendations to address regional challenges and maximize revenue potential. - Partner with internal stakeholders (e.g., product, user growth, and finance teams) to drive business initiatives. 2. Operational Support - Monitor and support the execution of regional operational initiatives to ensure alignment with strategic objectives. - Coordinate cross-market efforts to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and drive consistency in operations. - Work with country teams to resolve operational bottlenecks and implement best practices. 3. Data Analysis and Insights - Conduct in-depth analysis of business performance metrics across regions to generate actionable insights. - Utilize both quantitative and qualitative research methods to assess market dynamics and identify growth opportunities. - Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to inform decision-making and track progress against goals. 4. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce operations, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Responsibilities: • Strategic Planning: assist in the development and execution of digital goods product and operations strategy, aligning it with overall company objectives. Partner with respective functional leaders to design, execute and track department-wise OKRs to ensure seamless execution • Project management: assist in the planning and management of cross-functional projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and align with business objectives. Support the development of project plans and status reports for ongoing initiatives. Communicate project updates effectively to stakeholders while collaborating with team members to drive project success. • Operational Excellence: identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency across User and Platform Ops functions. Collaborate with functional leaders to implement best practices and streamline workflows • Communication and Collaboration: act as a liaison between Digital Goods and other departments to ensure alignment and address any operational challenges. The Role The Miravia Risk team is seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Risk Governance Manager to build and lead our risk governance framework. This is a critical leadership role responsible for shaping the company's approach to regulatory compliance, internal policy, and platform integrity. What You'll Do (Responsibilities) ● Strategic Risk & Regulatory Foresight: ○ Develop and own the strategic roadmap for risk and compliance, anticipating large-scale regulatory changes well in advance. ○ Partner with Product and Tech teams to ensure risk and compliance priorities are integrated into their development roadmaps, providing clear requirements and strategic guidance. ○ Conduct in-depth risk assessments on new features and business initiatives, identifying potential compliance gaps and architecting mitigation strategies. ● Policy & Governance Framework Management: ○ Drive policy excellence by reviewing, updating, and creating a comprehensive suite of internal policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and escalation paths. ○ Perform targeted internal audits and reviews to ensure adherence to our governance framework, documenting findings and leading the implementation of corrective actions. ○ Act as the primary gatekeeper for platform integrity, ensuring our seller ecosystem maintains high standards of quality and compliance. ● Regulatory Compliance & Reporting: ○ Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of regulatory reporting (e.g., DSA Transparency Reports), from data gathering and development to creation, publishing, and post-mortem analysis for continuous improvement. ○ Serve as a key point of contact for regulatory bodies and external stakeholders, effectively communicating our risk controls and compliance posture. ○ Lead the response to regulatory notices and critical user reports (e.g., prohibited goods), ensuring swift action within established SLAs. ● Training, Awareness & Trust Building: ○ Design and execute a mandatory, company-wide training program on risk, compliance, and regulatory requirements to foster a strong culture of awareness and accountability. ○ Develop and deliver targeted training programs for our sellers to improve their compliance with platform policies (e.g., medical content, restricted products) and upcoming regulations. ○ Enhance user trust by increasing the volume and quality of transparency content on the platform, managing updates, and monitoring user engagement.
