任职要求
1、本科及以上学历,日语流利,有跨境电商从业经验者优先; 2、3年以上中国/日本知名互联网企业从业经验,有丰富的采购经验,能独立完成供应商管理与谈判工作; 3、熟悉日本本土消费市场、品类供给、用户特点,有敏锐的市场洞察力和新品开发力; 4、良好的数据分析及文字表达能力; 5、为人正直诚信,工作细致、积极主动,抗压能力强,乐于接受挑战;
工作职责
1、负责日本商家商品采购管理工作,对所负责的品类进行规划、招商、管理; 2、熟悉日本本土消费市场和线上线下品类趋势,能通过对行业的研究理解和消费洞察,完成新商/品牌/商品的开发和采购任务; 3、通过供应商资源开拓和管理、成本控制、合同管理、采销协同等,持续优化采购策略和流程,最大可能保障业务供给需求,同时持续降低采购成本; 4、维护与供应商之间的商务关系,提升双方合作效率,保障业务的有效开展;
•Lead Market Expansion and Localization Strategy: Oversee the development and implementation of business expansion and localization strategies for DingTalk in the Japanese market, including product functionality, experience, marketing, and customer service. •Drive Product Localization: Collaborate with DingTalk product teams to ensure that the product features, interfaces, and experience align with the needs of Japaneses. This includes overseeing Japanese translation and proofreading to guarantee high-quality localized content, interface design, and promotional materials. Continuously improve the experience of the localized product. •Client Development and Partnership Building: Deeply understand the needs of Japanese businesses and promote the adoption of DingTalk hardware (A1) and AI-powered tables in Japanese enterprises. Establish and maintain relationships with local businesses, channel partners, agents, and other stakeholders to expand market reach. •Responsibile for Team Recruitment, Building, and Management: Lead the recruitment and management of a localized team in Japan, including marketing, sales, customer service, and technical support team. Provide guidance and oversight for market research, feedback collection, and localization efforts. •Market Activities and Brand Promotion: Plan and execute online and offline marketing activities to enhance brand awareness and retention in Japan. - 负责SHEGLAM全球海外贸易客户/批发业务的拓展、成交、维护 - 通过各种渠道开发海外贸易客户销售线索并跟进到成单 - 制定海外贸易客户业务规则并与客户谈判落地(价格结构、商务条款等) - 追踪海外贸易客户订单的交付和回款

Serve as the main point of contact for partners, addressing any issues or opportunities that arise. 8. Manage Expectations and communicate regularly with partners to ensure smooth execution of partnership programs. 9. Leverage partnerships to support key product launches and sales campaigns. 10. Monitor and report on partnership performance using metrics like engagement, reach, and sales to ensure goals are met. 11. Provide regular updates on partnership success and share recommendations for improvements. 12.
