任职要求
1、计算机相关专业硕士以上学历，3年以上的大数据或AI领域工作经验；具备扎实的AI算法基础知识，熟悉机器学习、深度学习、Transformer等主流算法和网络结构，以及TensorFlow、PyTorch等算法框架，在NLP、CV、搜索推荐等一个或多个领域具备独立开展算法研发和全流程落地的能力。 2、熟悉Llama、Qwen等主流基础大模型，具备语料清洗、知识召回、大模型调优、大模型推理加速、Agent应用工程等大模型落地相关能力，熟悉Megatron、swift、llamafactory等训练框架，以及langchain、dify等应用框架，具有实际的行业大模型落地经验，有AI算力服务和底层算力经验者优先。 3、对汽车行业AI场景应用有一定的业务理解和抽象能力，具备良好的AI场景解决方案设计和落地能力，作为核心成员参与过2B/2G行业大型AI项目从业务定义、AI方案设计、落地实施的全过程，有AI算法或智能解决方案规模化落地经验者优先。 4、具备良好的团队合作意识、快速学习和技术创新能力，对AI大模型技术落地充满热情。
工作职责
1、重点围绕汽车行业领域的AI场景，基于对业务场景需求的挖掘和理解，提供全栈的AI大模型技术服务，实现AI大模型在汽车行业领域的价值落地，服务内容包括AI算力训推性能优化服务、智驾/智舱模型后训练服务、汽车AI场景后训练服务、应用场景Agent优化落地等。 2、负责针对汽车行业构建AI大模型全栈技术服务体系，围绕AI算力、AI平台、AI大模型后训练、应用Agent方案落地等服务内容建设标准化服务能力与服务工具，推进AI服务方案在汽车行业的规模化落地。 3、负责跟踪与研究业界前沿AI技术，探索与推动AI前沿技术在汽车行业领域实际场景的快速应用与落地，协同团队推动行业客户在用云用AI的服务保障、云上业务治理不断优化。
