任职要求
1. 人力资源或管理类相关专业本科及以上学历,7年以上人力资源薪酬模块工作经验; 2. 汽车行业相关行业背景,熟悉激励方案的设计和执行,熟悉相关薪酬福利管理体系设计方法以及薪酬福利管理流程; 3. 具有统筹规划能力及敏锐的市场观察能力,能快速掌握市场、地区、行业的薪酬福利变化并采取相应的应对措施; 4. 具备良好的沟通协调能力和人际关系处理能力; 5. 工作认真负责、仔细严谨,能承受较大的工作压力,有团队精神; 6. 熟练使用计算机及各种办公软件 (Word/Excel/PPT)。
工作职责
1. 基于业务的需求,负责部门项目的快速响应及推进,项目包括绩效方案设计,全面薪酬体系搭建、维护、优化,任职资格,人才效益等,全力支撑人才发展战略; 2. 负责薪酬,人力相关的数据分析和跟踪管理工作,包括部门的年度人工成本预算,编制,效能等,进行定期比对,撰写预算及效能分析报告; 3. 参与薪酬调研工作,定期收集、分析市场数据,年度优化薪酬结构,构建薪酬体系; 4. 及时了解部门和员工需求,为对应部门和员工做好薪酬政策的咨询和反馈; 5. 及时了解国家劳动人事政策、法规,制定并完善薪酬福利、绩效相关的制度及流程,并推动实施。
Support NIO’s global rewards review cycle including analytics, testing, reporting, and budgeting; · Conduct compensation data analysis utilizing both internal and external sources, including participation in salary surveys, highlighting conclusions for the broader total rewards team to make informed decisions; · Develop training and reference materials, and consistently participate in global total rewards projects; · Assist in Europe compensation structures build-up, refinement and annual refresh; · Assist in Europe benefits program design, implementation and management; · Support headcount planning, annual budget review and administration; · Research trends in global compensation topics and benchmark practices; · Identify opportunities to standardize and simplify processes.
• Serve as a key member of CSI team in driving the necessary business insights, strategic and technical relationships with top startups and key stakeholders of these top startups to establish meaningful business relationships. • Participate actively in startup community events of all kinds to identify high potential startups and build personal relationship to startup founders and influencers. • Evangelize Microsoft’ value and innovation culture to startup founders and ensure they have full awareness and access to the full spectrum of the resources and services Microsoft has to offer. • Work closely with founders to ensure they’re successfully engaging with Microsoft platform, making sure they have the technical and business resource required for optimal customer experience, and identifying additional opportunities for them to work more deeply with Microsoft’s business units. • Work with and advise account management teams on solution selling and establishing executive relationships in their key accounts. • Keep abreast with VC investment trend and cutting-edge technologies, able to identify future unicorns at early stage.
• You will accelerate and close Cloud Solution Area (CSA) pipeline with assigned partners and leverage investments to drive pipeline velocity in the Corporate business • You will be accountable for CSA revenue forecasts across your partner portfolio. • You will drive Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) revenue growth through a scalable portfolio of partners and coach partners on the value of Microsoft solution area plays and the corresponding sales levers to drive strong business outcomes • You will be responsible for Top Deals with pinned partners & updating information in MSX (Microsoft Seller Experience tool) • Utilize investments and incentives to accelerate deal progression and encourage deployment and consumption. • You will achieve 40% of the total dollar value of all your won/completed opportunities through co-sell w pinned partners • You will support partners in advancing key deals, removing commercial blockers, and addressing competitive challenges.

Location: Onsite at our Bellevue, WA office Job Overview: We are seeking an energetic and experienced Business Manager to become a member of our North American Sales & Business Development Team. This person will be a key player and highly involved in all stages of the sales process. He/she will ensure that the sales activities of the product line are best supported and conducted in accordance with Anker policies. The responsibilities will include but are not limited to, working closely with the sales team to maximize the sales of products to and through their assigned sales channels and accounts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in leading projects related to sales, channel marketing, operations, product lifecycle management, inventory management (CPFR), and key account management. This position has the potential to form a cornerstone of our rapidly growing organization. Job Responsibilities: - Serve as a liaison between internal teams (sales, marketing, product management) and with channel partners regarding product inquiries, market updates, competitive updates, and more. - Partner with marketing and sales departments to understand current and upcoming key customer needs and special demand requests. - Monitor sales versus forecast for all products within a brand portfolio. Identify, analyze, and document forecast issues related to demand forecast for identification of corrective actions. - Work with the product development, Go-to-Market teams, and marketing groups to develop new product introduction forecasts and timelines. - Coordinate the shipments of sample products and store fixture items (such as displays and endcaps) as needed. - Identify process improvements to support business operations. - Making recommendations on how to increase efficiencies, in order to decrease monetary cost, reduce cycle times, and improve customer satisfaction - This role evaluates and analyzes retail data to make recommendations for new and current item pricing, identify discrepancies, and create solutions to pricing issues - Help retailers understand the impact of pricing decisions on their business and sell pricing services to new and current retailers
