工作职责


1. 基于业务的需求,负责部门项目的快速响应及推进,项目包括绩效方案设计,全面薪酬体系搭建、维护、优化,任职资格,人才效益等,全力支撑人才发展战略;
2. 负责薪酬,人力相关的数据分析和跟踪管理工作,包括部门的年度人工成本预算,编制,效能等,进行定期比对,撰写预算及效能分析报告;
3. 参与薪酬调研工作,定期收集、分析市场数据,年度优化薪酬结构,构建薪酬体系;
4. 及时了解部门和员工需求,为对应部门和员工做好薪酬政策的咨询和反馈;
5. 及时了解国家劳动人事政策、法规,制定并完善薪酬福利、绩效相关的制度及流程,并推动实施。
