工作职责
Support NIO’s global rewards review cycle including analytics, testing, reporting, and budgeting; · Conduct compensation data analysis utilizing both internal and external sources, including participation in salary surveys, highlighting conclusions for the broader total rewards team to make informed decisions; · Develop training and reference materials, and consistently participate in global total rewards projects; · Assist in Europe compensation structures build-up, refinement and annual refresh; · Assist in Europe benefits program design, implementation and management; · Support headcount planning, annual budget review and administration; · Research trends in global compensation topics and benchmark practices; · Identify opportunities to standardize and simplify processes.
Responsibilities: Partner with the Global Compensation team, HR, and leadership teams to suggest changes, analyze performance and ensure equitable and consistent rewards that are aligned with Tesla’s global Total Rewards philosophy Use thorough understanding of compensation plan design and administrative procedures to drive constant improvement Continually evaluate current compensation practices to find better ways to get the job done, innovative ways to solve problems, and employ a scrappy/hands-on approach Stay current on all compensation regulations and ensure compliance with legal requirements and other regulations that may govern total reward plans Provide exceptional customer service and support to employees as needed to resolve questions, concerns or take feedback Assist in the implementation of new programs and changes to plans and/or administrative procedures Partner closely with the Staffing team to appropriately align pay with our competitive practice and philosophy
• You will be responsible for all of the compensation matters of the Apple Retail Line of Business in APAC region, including: • You will work with People Business Partners and business leaders to develop and deliver innovative compensation programs • Leading strategic projects as well as core process activities • Supporting Collective Bargaining and Labour relations efforts • Executing the annual compensation planning process • Leading country and regional market competitiveness reviews and providing market-based recommendations to department leaders • Providing guidance on base salary, bonus and equity programs • Working with the Compensation team to review compensation policies and practices • Delivering training to People Business Partners, Recruiting and managers on compensation philosophy and programs • Performing ad hoc analysis to support business needs • Initiating and maintaining strong working relationships within and outside the People Team

1.Contribute to the definition, documentation, and tracking of vehicle-level requirements based on legal, technical, and customer-driven inputs 2.Support the planning and execution of vehicle validation activities (e.g., crash, NVH, durability, thermal, performance) 3.Assist in benchmark studies of competitor vehicles with focus on system performance, efficiency, packaging, and innovation 4.Coordinate with system teams (e.g., chassis, body, E/E, powertrain) to ensure alignment with overall vehicle targets 5.Create and manage target sheets, validation roadmaps, risk assessments, and technical documentation 6.Present technical results and progress to internal stakeholders and contribute to project milestone deliverables
