工作职责
1. Work with product teams and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions； 2. Conduct technical discussions, and solution presentations in fluent English with external clients and non-technical stakeholders； 3. Design, develop, test, and deploy Java applications using Spring Boot, adhering to coding standards, best practices, and microservices architecture principles； 4. Develop high volume, high performance, low latency and reliable mission-critical applications； 5. Participate in architectural reviews, apply design patterns and object-oriented design principles, and optimize system performance (e.g., SQL tuning, JVM profiling)； 6. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving software defects and issues； 7. Containerize applications using Docker, manage orchestration via Kubernetes, and deploy to cloud platforms (AWS/Aliyun)； 8. Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and CI/CD pipeline maintenance within Scrum teams.

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Sanctions Compliance Officer to support our compliance operations in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. This role is critical in ensuring that our business complies with local and international sanctions regulations, including those issued by OFAC, UN, EU, and GCC authorities. You will play a key role in advising on sanctions risks, handling screening escalations, and supporting cross-regional compliance efforts.

Job Description 1.Responsible for all offshore matters (i.e. outside China) relating to trade mark, domain name and copyright (non-contentious, contentious, commercial and compliance related); 2.Manage the trade mark, domain name and copyright portfolios of the Group, including administration of internal and external management platforms; 3.Responsible for licensing and other commercial transactions (involving the Group’s IP); 4.Handle offshore infringement actions, complaints and disputes (involving the Group’s IP); 5.Co-ordinate with the onshore legal team and various business units in relation to IP protection and management; 6.Provide advice to and co-ordinate with other legal teams and various business units on brand protection and management; 7.Provide training for the legal team and training modules to business units on brand awareness, protection and risk management; 8.Assist the team leader on matters involving brand awareness and protection, and risk management.
