4. Demonstrated experience incubating and landing complex software deals within the FSI and public sector, ideally across Philippines and ASEAN.
5. Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
6. Strong understanding of the Philippines market, particularly in the FSI, digital government, and telco sectors.
7. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and clients.
8. Fluency in English, Filipino and Tagalog (both written and spoken) is essential.
Additional language proficiency in Chinese is a significant advantage.

The role LazPay is the payments and financial services arm of Lazada and is part of the Financial and Payment Business organization of Alibaba International Digital Commerce (AIDC). LazInsure is a growing business unit that focuses on providing embedded insurance solutions within AIDC's e-commerce platforms. We are looking for a customer centric and motivated individual to help with operations and insights to drive the best user experience for Lazada buyers who avail of our insurance products Key Tasks & Responsibilities - Leads the identification and development of business opportunities by doing market opportunity sizing and development of business cases; - Own end to end process of operating and launching insurance products for Lazada in the Philippines - Deliver sales of products, programs, and services through e-commerce platform embedded sales and other channels as measured by net revenue - Setup Customer Segmentation, Strategy, and Retention including insights and business intelligence with support of internal Business intelligence team; - Lead in driving the expansion of products and services through partnerships and vendor selection - Regularly monitor market and benchmark against competition, track regulatory landscape changes, as well as overall InsurTech developments locally and globally - Oversees communication with internal units regarding updates or changes to the products and manages key stakeholders within Alibaba International Digital Commerce - Manage relationships with insurance partners, assisting with the preparation of contractual agreements and ensure that these are fully adhered to as needed - Drive win-win negotiations between Lazada and insurance partners· Contribute to category performance management and deliver insights to senior management - Prepare for and assist with the implementation of regular campaigns and initiatives - Identify and champion product improvements - Any other duties that may be assigned
1. Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive FBL and MCL growth and expansion in the Philippines-Manila market. 2. Identify new business opportunities, establish partnerships, and negotiate contracts to increase volume, revenue, and profits. 3. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends and customer needs. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (i.e. commercial platform, finance, legal, and operations) to align on business objectives and ensure successful execution.

1, Market Strategy & Business Expansion: Design and practice market expansion for AI LLM products (e.g., Qwen MaaS platforms, API services, on-premise deployment solutions) across target industries such as FSI, DNB, gaming, e-commerce, and government in South Pacific Region, including SEA markets such as Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines and Vietnam AI markets, etc. Develop and execute sales strategies for assigned regions or verticals to achieve revenue and token targets. 2, Solution Selling & Deal Execution: Deeply understand client business pain points; collaborate with pre-sales/solutions teams to translate LLM capabilities into tangible business value (e.g., cost reduction, efficiency gains, experience enhancement, innovation). Own end-to-end commercial processes: business negotiation, RFP/RFQ responses, contract closure, and payment collection; drive POC (Proof of Concept) conversion rates. 3, Ecosystem & Partnership Development: Build and maintain strategic partnerships with LLM providers, ISVs (Independent Software Vendors), system integrators, and industry consultants to create a robust LLM adoption ecosystem. Co-develop joint solutions and leverage partner channels for scalable customer acquisition. 4, Key Account Management & Customer Success: Nurture long-term relationships with strategic accounts; identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities. Capture frontline market feedback and customer insights to inform product roadmap and drive iterative improvements of LLM offerings. 5, Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and regulatory developments in the generative AI/LLM landscape; deliver actionable market analysis to support leadership decision-making.
