• Understand how the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day to day activities and decisions • Implement collection strategies and key processes for the Collections Team • Design and coordinate the implementation of systems requirements for collections, reporting requirements and ensure high levels of automation • Perform the Collections Function on a day-to-day basis including skip tracing and liaison with external agencies including engagement with debt collection agencies to institute collection strategies • Develop, maintain and monitor the KPIs for external agencies • Conduct daily portfolio monitoring and regular reviews on delinquent accounts • Assess and recommend remedial actions on distress accounts for approval • Assess and prepare accounts for write off • Manage collection complaints and develop resolution timeframe and benchmarks • Prepare reporting dashboards (including but not limited to delinquency trends, flow rate velocity, recovery indicators, forecasting and making provisions for loan impairments) for management’s review • Recommending appropriate Loan classification for each distress borrower • Initiating Legal Proceedings on problem credits where applicable • Optimise digital collection strategies and review effectiveness against cost impact • Conduct lessons learnt and training activities to promote risk/control awareness

Job Overview Your task as Product Commercialization Specialist is to increase the company's success and profitability with of our existing products. The spectrum of your tasks ranges from innovative product innovations, to optimising the efficiency of existing products through data-driven analysis of product performance by product type, channels, markets; and ensuring optimized utilization, pricing and revenue generated by our products. You will own the repository & governance of the product programs, and contribute to the design of new product programs by including details of market research, pricing strategy and potential profitability of the product. You will also own the repository of new product approvals, consolidating the details and approval trails for audit purposes. You will also be tasked to conduct market research and product viability studies, to ensure our products addresses the pain points of the target segment & market. In addition to this, you will develop sustainable strategies in order to build on the success in close co-operation with all departments, through co-designed product campaigns, campaign performance analysis so as to provide insights on improving the profitability of our product suites. Job Responsibilities Work with Business Units and conduct market feasibility studies, covering target segment pain points, competitor analysis, and pricing & profitability studies. Work with Product Development (PD Tech) and conduct product design & market feasibility prior to Product Requirements Design stage; and conduct pricing analysis, implementation impact analysis to support implementation and go-to-market strategy. Collaborate with Business Units and Business Intelligence to design data-driven campaigns, campaign performance analysis and A/B testing. Track and monitor product performance across channels, markets & customer profiles, and develop insights on persona of customers and maximize process & profitability based on targeted customer segments. Own repository for product programs and product approvals; ensuring the versions are up to date and the appropriate approvals and renewals are conducted timely. Draft & co-design new product programs & new product approvals, by consolidating and reviewing inputs from Business, Risk (Credit, Operational, Fraud), Legal & Compliance and Operations.
Conduct risk assessment on user profile. Monitor and analyze risk indicators to finetune underwriting and portfolio management policy • Prepare and analyze risk reports such as portfolio performance, industry exposure, vendor performance and historical customer trends • Coordinate with modeling team on risk tools development including decision scorecards and responsible for risk model evaluation and continuously monitor its performance to ensure the stability and accuracy of risk strategy • Support conceptualization development for new credit products suitable for retail markets • Track and monitor the full credit cycle performance and risk appetite metrics. • Evaluate and influence to balanced business growth in the form of policy refinement and credit testing • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices • Support country with portfolio deep-dive analyses and provide insights with recommendations on policy changes to improve portfolio quality. • Collaborate with Business teams, Product teams, Engineering teams and Ops team to balance risk management target with business target and user experience
Alibaba International Digital Commerce is looking for a Business Operations & Partnerships, Manager/ Senior Manager to drive the adoption and growth of Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) product. As part of the Alibaba International Digital Commercial Digital Credit Team, you will be responsible for the continued business growth of BNPL and the main person in charge in the markets. This position is based in Hangzhou, China. • Manage the entire chain of business operations from product development plans, campaign management, marketing and partnership collaboration with internal stakeholders with cross function teams such as product, technology, legal, finance, compliance, marketing, credit risk and customer service within Aliexpress. • Work with our partner(s) to drive the adoption and growth of BNPL in Mexico and Brazil with good understanding of the fintech/ lending scenes regionally or globally. • Contribute and influence the product roadmap together with our product development and technology team to improve overall user experience, develop product features and product operational tools to improve the overall product user conversions and experience. • A data expert with the ability to analyse and report key business metrics that will have a strong influence on business decisions. • Deep understanding of marketing conversation funnel and user behaviour metrics with the ability to analyse current user retention, traffic to create meaningful and impactful campaigns to educate and convert Aliexpress BNPL users. • Role also entails day to day operation managements from external alignment and communications with partners, promotion campaigns management, UAT, product roadmap planning, reporting and budget management.
Responsible for assessing and managing the risk of credit business, ensuring the safety and stability of the business. • Conduct overall risk assessment of credit business, and formulate corresponding risk management strategies based on the results. • Monitor and analyze risk indicators of credit business, and alert and handle exceptions. • Participate in the development and implementation of credit business risk management policies and processes. • Conduct risk model and data analysis. • Collaborate with business departments and other relevant departments to jointly control and reduce business risks. • Regularly submit risk assessment reports and recommendations to support business decisions.
