Key Responsibilities: 1. Business Case Development: Lead market research and collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and develop operation strategic plans. Develop business cases, including project opportunity projections and campaign budgeting models. 2. Project Management: Lead insurance partnership delivery projects, coordinating with digital product, tech, internal corporate functional teams and partner teams. Develop and manage project timelines, operational initiatives, operate user growth campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals. Work with tech teams to integrate insurance products into digital platforms with all parties 3. Post-Launch Operations: Monitor product performance and gather customer feedback for improvements. Lead issue resolution and performance optimization post-launch. Govern monthly finance reconciliation and settlement processes with insurerance partners 4. User Growth & Marketing: Design and implement campaign strategies to attract and retain users through digital marketing campaigns. Analyze user behavior in data driven approach to enhance engagement and satisfaction.
As the Insurance Business Operations Manager, you will oversee insurance partnership projects, ensuring seamless project delivery and post-launch operations. This role requires strong project management skills, bilingual proficiency, and expertise in data analysis and digital marketing. The role LazPay is the payments and financial services arm of Lazada and is part of the Financial and Payment Business organization of Alibaba International Digital Commerce (AIDC). LazInsure is a growing business unit that focuses on providing embedded insurance solutions within AIDC's e-commerce platforms. We are looking for a customer centric and motivated individual to help with operations and insights to drive the best user experience for Lazada buyers who avail of our insurance products Key Tasks & Responsibilities - Leads the identification and development of business opportunities by doing market opportunity sizing and development of business cases; - Own end to end process of operating and launching insurance products for Lazada in the Philippines - Deliver sales of products, programs, and services through e-commerce platform embedded sales and other channels as measured by net revenue - Setup Customer Segmentation, Strategy, and Retention including insights and business intelligence with support of internal Business intelligence team; - Lead in driving the expansion of products and services through partnerships and vendor selection - Regularly monitor market and benchmark against competition, track regulatory landscape changes, as well as overall InsurTech developments locally and globally - Oversees communication with internal units regarding updates or changes to the products and manages key stakeholders within Alibaba International Digital Commerce - Manage relationships with insurance partners, assisting with the preparation of contractual agreements and ensure that these are fully adhered to as needed - Drive win-win negotiations between Lazada and insurance partners· Contribute to category performance management and deliver insights to senior management - Prepare for and assist with the implementation of regular campaigns and initiatives - Identify and champion product improvements - Any other duties that may be assigned

You need to understand the market and initiate new product development, product improvements and product phase out. You are responsible for the up-to-date condition of product-relevant data required for promoting the product. You need to follow PPM process. You'll make an impact by • Definition of the products to be implemented as well as basic developments including the cancelling criteria and general conditions in project orders (e.g. in req. spec.) • Make suggestions for the products, advanced-engineering and basic developments to be implemented • Market observation and timely integration of necessary changes into the product according to the change management • Co-operates with other PLMs to identify business-overlapping synergies • Initiates the identification and analysis of key competencies • Evaluates the future market requirements, competitor situation, purchase-deciding factors, comparative competitor advantages (CCA), unique features, etc. regarding the product portfolio • Supports the supply of product-relevant data to market, competitors, product, production, etc.. • Orders the elaboration of substitute strategies • Preparation, evaluation and reporting of the indicators that are relevant for his products (e.g. quantity, target price, EBIT, EVA, revenues, etc.) and transfer of this data to the PPM process • Ensure the planned production run-up
