Qualifications
● 5年以上2C 銀行產品設計與實施經驗， 具有香港本地銀行從業背景、熟悉香港監管框架和要求等工作經驗優先。 
● 熟悉銀行基礎產品流程和產品運作模式。 
● 能獨立撰寫高質量的產品需求文檔，並熟悉銀行產品管理流程及制度。 
● 具備較好的溝通協調能力，善於處理把控跨部門或多邊生產關係的組織與協調能力。
● 金融、計算機或相關專業的學士或以上學位。
● 優秀的語言溝通能力，流利的粵語、中文、英文表達，熟練書寫繁體或簡體及英文相關文件。 

Minimum 5 years of experience in B2C banking product design and implementation; prior work experience with Hong Kong-based banks and familiarity with the Hong Kong regulatory framework and requirements are highly preferred.
Solid understanding of core banking product workflows and operational models.
Proven ability to independently produce high-quality Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and thorough knowledge of banking product management processes and governance frameworks.
