任职要求
1、本科及以上学历,专业不限,统计、经济、市场营销等相关专业优先; 2、具有较强的逻辑思维能力,精通数据分析,熟练使用数据分析工具和软件,熟悉统计分析报告的编写; 3、能承受一定的工作压力,优异的学习能力,良好的沟通能力,较强的内驱力和目标感; 4、强烈的团队合作意识,有责任心; 5、有一年以上跨境电商平台(AMZ/Mercado/Shopee)销售工作经验,Mercado经验优先; 6、英语可作为工作语言,有西班牙/葡萄牙语能力优先。
工作职责
1、负责公司产品在拉美跨境电商平台的销售、运营、推广等工作,如AMZ,Mercado,Shopee; 2、针对产品和消费者人群特性,制定线上对应平台整体销售规划,包括市场分析、选品、定价、营销等内容; 3、分析并监控销售情况,敏锐洞察变化并做出有效销售动作调整,达成销售目标; 4、对平台和公司各项运营指标进行数据分析和诊断,提供整体平台运营优化方案,包括库存管理等。

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Specialist to join our team in Mexico. This role involves developments with brand localization, management marketing agencies, brand awareness growth, and strong coordination with multiple functions. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement multiple marketing channels, including KOL, PR, Digital Ads, and Social Media. • Develop co-branding opportunities, and execute omnichannel marketing campaigns for both online and offline. • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. • Track and review the marketing performance. • Coordinate with the online team and offline team to achieve business goals.
1、负责巴西供应中心日常运营管理,确保供应中心KPI达成及持续改进,对巴西供应中心整体运作质量负责 2、负责HUB 本地仓储及尾程派送,管理巴西区域内运输和物流合作伙伴,平衡服务水平、库存成本和效率提供本地供应解决方案 3、监控巴西进出口政策、关税变动及贸易壁垒,制定合规应对方案(如原产地规则、反倾销规避) 4、管理Hub端到端订单履行流程(Order Fulfillment),确保客户订单及时、准确、高质量交付 5、负责供应中心库存策略制定以及执行,并对覆盖的区域进行一定的资源调度和平衡
项目管理:支持拉美市场整合营销项目的沟通推进,包括协助品牌经理与内外部合作伙伴协作,项目文件管理等; 内容营销: (1) 推动内容营销素材落地,包括基于营销策略,产品定位和产品卖点的文案撰写、视觉构思等; (2) 负责Youtuber、Instagram等新媒体平台网红资源开发和维护,分析把握市场和消费者需求,并根据需求调整内容策略; 营销洞察:使用洞察工具,收集当地用户品牌偏好、各行业创新营销案例、竞品营销情报等进行对目标市场/竞品/受众的洞察分析,生成洞察报告支持团队科学决策; 活动策划:策划/参与UGC/社媒社群/线下等活动内容,吸引用户参与活动,持续优化提升推广渠道效率,提升品牌知名度与美誉度。
1.Provide clients with standardized and customized administrative services, continuously improving service satisfaction. 2.Responsible for office space planning, site selection and inspection for leasing, office renovation, handover and takeover, as well as restoration and lease termination processes. 3.Manage office environment, handle emergency incidents, ensure safety management, and oversee the daily management and performance evaluation of third-party service providers. 4.Manage office-related expenses, procurement of fixed assets and office supplies, control costs effectively, and improve efficiency. 5.Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding, and foster a positive office atmosphere. 6.Coordinate and support communications and reception for visits from local government agencies and external organizations in cooperation with relevant departments. 7.Collaborate with functional departments to support the implementation of various company initiatives.
