Facebook Group Management: - Own the day-to-day operations and growth strategy of Facebook user group. - Moderate discussions, support members, and cultivate a safe and welcoming space. 2. Community Strategy Development: - Design and execute community growth and engagement plans aligned with brand priorities and product timelines. - Define KPIs and report on key community health metrics. 3. User Engagement & Relationship Building: - Actively respond to comments, messages, and posts with warmth, professionalism, and product knowledge. - Identify and nurture power users, ambassadors, and advocates. 4. Insights & Feedback Loop: - Be the voice of the community internally. Gather insights, flag emerging trends, and collaborate with product, content, and customer service teams to improve user experience. 5. Content & Campaign Creation: - Create original, engaging posts and interactive activities (e.g., challenges, polls, photo contests, user showcases) that inspire participation and reflect our branded voice. 6. Cross-platform Expansion (Preferred): - While Facebook is the priority, experience managing communities on X (Twitter), Reddit, Instagram, or Discord is a plus.
Responsibilities - Develop and execute user growth strategies for Al consumer apps and websites, covering the full lifecycle of user acquisition, activation, retention and referral. - Own user acquisition and growth initiatives via influencer marketing, paid media, community operations, and content distribution. - Continuously monitor trends, user feedback and user behavior analytics in target markets to gather market insights. - Develop product positioning strategies based on market research, user behavior analysis and competitor benchmark. - Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, design, and operations teams to rapidly ® iterate and launch growth initiatives. - Initiate and manage cross-channel growth strategies, including social media (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn), community operations and event marketing. - Build and manage user communities (Discord, Facebook Groups, Reddit, Telegram, etc.) to increase engagement and retention. - Plan and execute global influencer campaigns (KOL/KOC), identify top-performing creators, and track ROl and conversions. - Drive organic content growth on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts to acquire users at low cost. - Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.), including creative testing and budget allocation. - Coordinate SEO strategy and execution to improve product visibility on international search engines. - Analyze channel performance and user acquisition metrics, and build repeatable growth playbooks. - Establish user insights frameworks, leveraging data analytics to identify high-value user characteristics.
As a dynamic and organized individual, you will be at the forefront of driving acquisition efforts through digital and field marketing. You will also localize content and grow our partnership community in Malaysia. This role will be instrumental in ensuring our marketing and partnership activities drive acquisition and growth in Malaysia. Main Responsibilities Field Marketing & KOL Management - Identify key industry events, communities, eco-partners, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to drive brand awareness and acquisition. - Conceptualize and project manage end-to-end events and campaigns. - Lead the events calendar—owned, sponsored, and partnership events. - Liaise with suppliers for cost negotiation and for marketing materials and deliverables within budgets. - Ensure timely delivery and quality control of marketing and partnership events. - Capture social content during events to support marketing efforts. - Conduct post-event reporting on conversion-driven events, both online and offline. - Manage the end-to-end process of partner marketing relationships. - Explore and experiment with new partnerships to drive acquisition. - Run end-to-end events and workshops with our partner network to drive engagement, lead generation, and marketing conversion. Growth Marketing - Responsible for overall client acquisition KPIs through marketing channels. - Ability to propose and execute new acquisition tactics based on the Malaysian market. - Identify and test new channels to drive acquisition and user growth. - Analyze and draw insights from customer data to make strategic commercial and marketing decisions. - Optimize existing channels (online/offline/internal and external network) to drive better conversion rates. - Manage an approved budget with the goal to lower cost per acquisition. - Meet customers and partners to understand their pain points and provide solution-driven campaigns to create customer value. - Understand the competitor landscape and develop a unique value proposition for customers. Marketing Media and Campaign Management - Work with paid performance and social media teams to drive a full-year content calendar for owned and paid channels. - Identify relevant local media and online communities to increase brand voice. - Work with the global performance team to localize, track, and analyze paid campaign metrics, implementing A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and targeting to optimize and exceed conversion KPIs.

As a Web3 Ecosystem Specialist, you will spearhead the growth of our RWA products within the Web3 space, focusing on increasing Total Value Locked (TVL) by driving adoption across DeFi protocols, stablecoin issuers, lending platforms, and decentralized communities. This role requires a blend of technical understanding, business development acumen, and deep familiarity with the Web3 landscape. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to position our RWA solutions as core infrastructure in decentralized finance. 1. Web3 RWA Solution Development: Identify, engage, and onboard strategic partners such as DeFi protocols, stablecoin projects, liquidity pools and blockchain networks to integrate RWA products; Structure partnerships to drive TVL growth, including liquidity mining programs, collateralization opportunities, and yield-bearing RWA products; 2. Ecosystem Strategy: Develop and execute initiatives to expand RWA adoption in Web3, including governance proposals, incentivized campaigns, and co-marketing efforts with DeFi platforms; Monitor and analyze trends in DeFi, stablecoins, and cross-chain interoperability to identify new RWA use cases; 3. Metrics-Driven Growth: Track TVL, user adoption, and liquidity metrics to optimize partnerships and campaigns; Report on ecosystem performance and propose data-driven strategies to scale RWA visibility; 4. Community Engagement: Build relationships with key Web3 communities, participants, and influencers to advocate for RWA adoption; Represent the company at Web3 conferences, hackathons, and AMA sessions.
