- Community Building: Develop and grow our online global user community across platforms like Facebook, Reddit, and other relevant channels. - Engagement & Communication: Act as the voice of the brand, fostering two-way communication with users through comments, messages, and discussions. - Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create engaging, community-focused content that resonates with international audiences. - User Support: Address user inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a positive brand experience. - Loyalty Programs: Design and implement initiatives to strengthen user loyalty, such as exclusive events, contests, or rewards programs. - Feedback Loop: Gather and analyze user feedback to provide actionable insights to internal teams, helping improve products and services. - Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on community trends, platform updates, and cultural nuances to keep our strategy relevant and effective.

Facebook Group Management: - Own the day-to-day operations and growth strategy of Facebook user group. - Moderate discussions, support members, and cultivate a safe and welcoming space. 2. Community Strategy Development: - Design and execute community growth and engagement plans aligned with brand priorities and product timelines. - Define KPIs and report on key community health metrics. 3. User Engagement & Relationship Building: - Actively respond to comments, messages, and posts with warmth, professionalism, and product knowledge. - Identify and nurture power users, ambassadors, and advocates. 4. Insights & Feedback Loop: - Be the voice of the community internally. Gather insights, flag emerging trends, and collaborate with product, content, and customer service teams to improve user experience. 5. Content & Campaign Creation: - Create original, engaging posts and interactive activities (e.g., challenges, polls, photo contests, user showcases) that inspire participation and reflect our branded voice. 6. Cross-platform Expansion (Preferred): - While Facebook is the priority, experience managing communities on X (Twitter), Reddit, Instagram, or Discord is a plus.
- Responsible for the operation planning and strategy output of the social media community platform, and the formulation of regional cooperation plans; - Responsible for the content/users/activities/advertisements of Xiaomi's overseas social media community, and responsible for the user growth and retention of the social media community; - Participate in the operation of Xiaomi community products, assist the team to improve community products and enhance user experience; - Participate in international marketing integrated marketing communication projects, responsible for social media community communication programs and implementation;
Analyze player data and competitor datasets to understand behavioral patterns driving current player performance. Collaborate with multiple teams at Miniclip, including Player Insights, Marketing, and Community Managers, to develop strategies that impact the successful publishing of Miniclip games. Monitor competitor activities and performance, share best practices with the Miniclip team, and drive the implementation of impactful follow-up initiatives. Based on feedback from key target users, propose feature recommendations that positively impact the player experience. Integrate internal Tencent resources to provide necessary support for Miniclip's publishing capabilities (e.g., payment processing, anti-cheating measures). Act as a liaison between Miniclip and internal Tencent teams, ensuring smooth communication and progress in collaborative efforts. Work Location: China-Shanghai | China-Shenzhen | UK-London
