任职要求
1、5年以上游戏技术美术经验,至少主导过1款3A级或头部手游的角色自定义系统开发(需作品集展示捏人/换装/染色完整案例); 2、精通UE角色渲染技术栈(材质系统、动画蓝图、Groom/HairWorks),掌握角色管线核心工具(Maya/ZBrush/Marvelous Designer/Substance); 3、深入理解图形学原理(PBR流程、动态纹理混合、GPU Instance),能通过HLSL/Shader开发定制化渲染效果; 4、对写实人体美学有科学级研究,能将生物解剖学知识转化为可量化的捏人系统参数(如面部黄金比例算法、体型肌肉分布逻辑); 5、掌握高并发组合系统技术,具备大规模自定义内容的技术风险预判能力; 6、擅长在艺术表现与技术限制间取得平衡,能针对移动端特性创新优化方案。
工作职责
1、主导写实风格角色捏人系统全流程技术方案,开发面部/身体参数化调节工具(如骨骼驱动变形、肌肉模拟、皮肤纹理动态融合),实现高自由度的细节微调能力; 2、构建模块化换装系统技术框架,解决多装备部件动态组合的蒙皮适配、物理碰撞与穿模问题,支持高精度服装的实时褶皱模拟与物理反馈; 3、设计动态染色系统,开发基于材质实例的参数化色彩/图案控制系统,实现金属/布料/皮革等材质的无损质感保真染色; 4、针对角色自定义模块,优化UE5角色渲染管线(Lumen/Nanite适配),开发发丝渲染、皮肤次表面散射、动态汗渍/污渍等增强表现力的专项技术方案; 5、创建可视化编辑工具链,赋能美术团队快速调试角色外观参数(如光源环境适配测试、多分辨率LOD预览); 6、制定角色资源制作规范(拓扑结构、UV布局、材质分层),设计自动化检测工具,确保捏人/换装系统在移动端的性能基线(骨骼数量、DrawCall控制)。
