任职要求
1. 熟练使用 Unreal/Unity 材质系统,具备构建完整角色材质体系的能力 2. 理解 PBR 工作流程,具备皮肤、金属、布料等常见角色材质的调控经验 3. 掌握动态材质表现方法,如遮罩驱动、贴花叠加、参数动画、Shader 特效 4. 有角色受击反馈、战损、状态演出等相关材质实现经验 5. 熟悉毛发系统(如Groom)材质控制,支持风动、湿润、染色等表现 6. 能通过材质或简易 WPO 实现局部动态,如肌肉跳动、装备震动、皮肤鼓包等 7. 具备良好的跨部门沟通能力,能推动角色表现整体完成度
工作职责
1. 搭建并维护角色材质系统,支持皮肤、毛发、装备等模块的高质量表现 2. 实现基于演出需求的材质动态反馈(如受击、战损、濒死等) 3. 支持角色受力反馈、变形、特殊状态等动态材质表现效果 4. 与角色建模、绑定、动画、特效等协作,实现角色在不同状态下的完整视觉反馈 5. 优化材质结构与性能,确保运行效率与视觉统一
