1. Lead the planning and development of the annual esports tournament calendar for Indonesia region, including core tasks such as formulating competition rules, coordinating tournament schedules, and designing processes to establish a robust tournament ecosystem. 2. Oversee on-site execution(Operation and Referee) of tournament projects to ensure fair, orderly, and efficient delivery of both online and offline events, encompassing key aspects like managing offline tournament workflows, overseeing professional refereeing, and coordinating cross-departmental collaboration. 3. Manage the systematic operation and development of professional teams and players. Leverage internal and external promotional resources to lead the creation of star team and player IPs, enhancing their industry influence and public recognition. 4. Oversee the operation, management, and cultivation of esports KOLs. Integrate promotional resources to build structured development pathways, supporting the growth of high-quality esports KOLs and continuously boosting overall tournament exposure and viewership metrics.
Responsibilities: 1. Planning and execution of the match day tournament flow and coordinate with all departments to ensure the smoothness of the event. 2. Be responsible for the testing and management of the tournament device throughout the season to ensure the requirement of tournaments and sponsors for devices are well accommodated. 3. Be responsible for the standard formulation and training of referees by coordinating with vendor. 4. Be responsible for the formulation of the SOPs for on-ground operation for learning and improvement. 5. Be responsible for the formulation, revision and enhancement of the tournament rulebook based on the requirement of the product, teams, players, and related stakeholders. 6. Be responsible for the formulation of esports calendar and tournament match-ups and coordinate with stakeholders from both internal and external to deconflict. 7. Be responsible for the formulation, revision and enhancement of the tournament format and bracket. 8. Execution of the roster lock throughout the season, including submission collection, application review, and data collection. Ensure all registrations, transfers, changes of rosters follow the league's requirement. 9. Execution of the prize pool setting, calculation and distribution for MPL MY and MAL MY. 10. Be responsible for the planning and hosting of the manager meeting with MPL and MAL teams throughout the season. 11. Be responsible for handling the request between teams and the league. Ensure the requests are precisely delivered and end results are well achieved from both ends. 12. Be responsible for the planning and execution of the teams' hospitality throughout the season. 13. Be responsible for the monitoring, collection and analysis of related news and information's about gaming and esports in the Malaysia market. 14. Be responsible for the planning and execution for the teams' performance enhancement, including but not limited to data service, new players scouting, players training, and coach training, etc. 15. Be responsible for the management of all female MLBB teams within the Malaysia market together with the official female esports partner. 16. Be responsible for the oversight of player management, to plan and lead player management related matters including but not limited to players education and development. 17. Overview: We're looking for an experienced and highly organized Esports Operations Manager to lead the seamless execution of our league operations, tournament management, team and player coordination, community engagement, and third-party tournament partnerships. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a deep understanding of the esports ecosystem and the ability to manage multiple complex moving parts in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. What You'll Do: League Operations - Craft and manage comprehensive match schedules, league formats, and operational timelines. - Ensure strict adherence to league rules and competitive integrity across all participants. - Oversee game data tracking, results processing, and rule enforcement. On-Ground Operations - Plan and execute the entire match day tournament flow, coordinating with all departments for a smooth event. - Manage and test tournament devices throughout the season to meet tournament and sponsor requirements. - Develop and implement referee standards and training programs in coordination with vendors. - Formulate and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for on-ground operations to drive continuous learning and improvement. Tournament Operations - Develop, revise, and enhance tournament rulebooks based on product, team, player, and stakeholder requirements. - Create and deconflict the esports calendar and tournament match-ups by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. - Formulate, revise, and enhance tournament formats and brackets. - Execute roster lock procedures throughout the season, including submission collection, application review, and data management, ensuring compliance with league requirements for registrations, transfers, and roster changes. - Manage prize pool setting, calculation, and distribution for MPL ID and MDL ID. - Coordinate with broadcast, production, and marketing teams for comprehensive tournament coverage. - Handle all logistics, including match flow, registration, seeding, and results processing. - Plan and execute both online and offline tournaments. Team & Player Management - Plan and host regular manager meetings with MPL and MDL teams throughout the season. - Act as the primary liaison, effectively handling and delivering requests between teams and the league to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. - Plan and execute comprehensive team hospitality throughout the season. - Monitor, collect, and analyze relevant news and information about gaming and esports in the Philippine market. - Plan and execute initiatives for teams' performance enhancement, including data service, new player scouting, and coach training. - Manage all female MLBB teams within the Philippine market in collaboration with official female esports partners. - Plan and execute player hospitality initiatives throughout the season (e.g., birthdays). - Plan and execute programs for player education, cultivation, and development. - Provide operational support to ensure teams comply with tournament and league requirements. - Monitor team needs and escalate concerns to relevant departments as required. Community Engagement - Collaborate with the Community Manager to oversee and manage the MPL and MDL communities. - Develop and implement fan engagement initiatives to strengthen grassroots and community involvement. - Coordinate community-led tournaments, activations, and campaigns. - Track community sentiment and feedback to inform future engagement strategies. Third-Party Tournament Operations - Evaluate and manage external tournament organizers to ensure alignment with our brand and game standards. - Provide access to necessary tools, resources, and operational guidance for quality execution. - Serve as the key point of contact for third-party collaborations and activations.

Drive scaled local publishing programs to increase MLBB growth especially in educational institutions - Strategize, develop and implement scalable ecosystem programs (student club partnerships / campus ambassador programs / government programs / tournaments) to drive adoption of MLBB across educational instutions e.g. primary schools, secondary schools, colleges and/or universities - Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders such as school adminstrators, student organizations and government bodies to drive support plus ensure full compliance for all activities, mitigating legal and reputational risks. 2. Build key brand partnerships to acquire new players and push the MLBB brand forward - Systematically identify, contact and maintain long-term BD partnerships with top local brands, developing resource-exchange models to enhance local influence and target user coverage 3. Lead the growth of the local team while developing best practice strategies, KPIs and SOPs - Lead, inspire and grow the capabilities of MY local team - Develop and evolve key market strategies accounting for business goals, local insights and available resources - Define, track and analyze KPIs for all activities - Develop and implement key SOPs for activities as well as collaborating with other stakeholders internally (central teams, esports etc) and externally (brands, agencies, schools etc) to drive business outcomes.

Data-Driven Optimization - Monitor campaign performance (ROI, CPM, engagement, conversion), conduct rapid test-learn-adapt cycles, and identify high-efficiency key actions (e.g., viral local content formats). 4.
