工作职责
1、为风格化 Unity 项目设计、实现并迭代着色器与渲染相关方案,在现有方向上持续改进可维护性与表现稳定性; 2、与美术、程序、策划等协作,维护可执行的视觉与技术标准(材质规范、性能预算、验收方式),保证效果在项目中一致、可量产; 3、就实现方式、参数控制、优化手段向美术提供可操作的技术指导与反馈(含约束说明与替代方案); 4、编写并维护面向制作组的清晰文档(规范、流程、常见问题); 5、定位性能瓶颈,与跨职能同事共同制定可落地、可扩展的改进方案并推动闭环。
