工作职责
Develop Arabic and English content for various platforms, including (but not limited to) digital and social media, marketing campaigns, website content, in line with Keeta’s brand voice. Assist in editing and proofreading content in English and Arabic ensuring consistency and the highest quality across channels. Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for content creation. Support the marketing and copywriting teams in maintaining and updating a content calendar that ensures timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities: Own and develop the brand’s voice and tone across Arabic and English content. Write compelling, clear, and on-brand copy for a variety of channels: campaigns, social media, digital ads, website, emails, push notifications, and more. Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to bring campaigns and initiatives to life. Localize global messaging to fit regional nuances without losing impact or clarity. Ensure consistency in brand language, grammar, and storytelling across all touchpoints. Lead brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas that fuel growth and engagement. Translate complex ideas into simple, engaging language—both in Arabic and English. Stay ahead of trends in culture, language, marketing, and food-tech to keep Keeta’s communication fresh and relevant.
• Assist in the development and execution of social media and digital marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement. Support the creation of short-term and long-term social media plans, contributing to the optimization of action plans. • Manage and grow our social media presence across various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and Xiaohongshu. • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels. • Monitor social media channels for trends and audience insights, staying informed about the latest tools, trends, algorithms, and best practices. • Cultivating relationships with influencers and online communities to enhance brand reach and engagement.
