任职要求
1.本科及以上学历,市场营销、工商管理、经济学等相关专业优先;
2.有1-3年渠道管理、销售运营经验,有外卖、…工作职责
1.运营渠道商盘,对商盘结构优化,以符合增长需求; 2.从商发展视角,对商开展盈利与生存管理; 3.商盘治理,主要包含尾部商治理和头腰部商的成长; 4.从商的生命周期出发,对商的合作稳定性开展管理; 5.协同大区,开展储备商建设,有效推进劣质商汰换管理; 6.商问题解决,如渠道商重大投诉与争议处理。
1. Possess the ability to screen business management-side partners, design the full chain of investment attraction, and build partner profiles;具备商管侧合作商甄别,招商全链路设计,合作商画像搭建能力; 2. Possess the ability to establish a business management-side partner training system, with prior experience in partner training design and implementation preferred;具备商管侧合作商培训体系建设,过往有合作商培训设计和合作商培训经验优先; 3. Have a deep understanding of partner management, with experience in partner management and frontline research;对合作商管理有较为深刻认知,具备合作商管理经验及一线调研经验; 4. Possess certain capabilities in business management product development and optimization, and can effectively collaborate with various departments to actively promote business implementation;具备一定的商管产品建设和优化能力,能与各部门有效协同积极推动业务落地; 5. Can use English as a working language, with good cross-cultural adaptability and sensitivity, able to work efficiently in a multicultural environment。可将英文作为工作语言,具备良好的跨文化适应能力和敏感度,能够在多元文化环境中高效工作。
1.Conduct market and competitive analysis in the assigned country to provide timely intelligence support to headquarters, facilitating the formulation of accurate business strategies and market positioning.(开展所属国家的市场及竞争情况调研分析,为总部提供及时的信息支持,帮助制定准确的业务策略和市场定位。) 2.Manage partner acquisition in the assigned country in compliance with regulatory principles, onboarding high-potential partners to support rapid business expansion. Establish and maintain comprehensive and confidential records for all approved partners.(在遵循合规原则下,负责所属国家的合作商招商管理,引入优质意向商,支持业务的快速发展。同时,建立各国准入商的档案,确保合作商信息的完整性和保密性。) 3.Collaborate with front-line, security, and quality control teams to investigate and resolve partner-related risk incidents, ensuring swift and closed-loop handling. Conduct interviews for major risk events to uphold effective risk control.(协同一线管理、安全管理、质控管理等团队,负责所属国家合作商风险事件的调查与处置,实现风险事件的快速闭环处理。对合作商的重大风险事件进行约谈,确保风险控制的有效性。) 4.Work with the vehicle and equipment management team to develop and implement strategies for partner equipment coverage and cost optimization, ensuring compliance while driving continuous cost reduction.(协同载具装备管理组,制定并实施所属国家合作商装备覆盖及成本优化策略,确保装备合规性的同时,实现成本的持续降低。) 5.Coordinate with the training team to organize, deliver, and monitor training programs for local partners, tracking effectiveness to ensure successful implementation of training content.(协同培训管理组,组织和协调所属国家合作商的培训活动,并进行督导和效果追踪,确保培训内容的有效传达和落实。)
1. 输出合作商分级和月、季度、年度考核管理结果,明确其权益和处罚,保障考核管理规范的落地执行; 2. 直接对接合作商做考核结果和发展数据的宣导公示、答疑,保障及时性和准确性; 3. 推动商管系统发展数据管理的产品建设和迭代,实现合作商发展数据和流程管理的线上化,并强化产品工具支撑;
