工作职责
1. Responsible for API vendors integration and related product functions development, ensure the efficiency and quality of integration, and make sure that API product functions meet the business development goals 2.Manage the API product project, establish collaboration and communication mechanism among sales, PM, RD team and other parties to promote the project to achieve business expectations and deliver results 3. Conduct product feature training and promotion, develop comprehensive product training manuals, and assist team in mastering product usage. 1. 负责API服务商和功能接入相关产品的迭代和优化,确保重要服务商接入效率和质量,确保API产品功能满足业务发展目标需求 2.管理API产品项目流程,建立销售、产品、技术团队等相关方的协作和沟通机制,推动项目实现业务预期并交付成果 3. 开展产品功能培训和推广,制定全面的产品培训手册,协助团队掌握产品使用方法

1. Responsible for the daily operation of product tool systems, including financial reconciliation, API merchant onboarding, material management, and handling exceptions. 2. Responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting product operation data to provide data support for product optimization. 3. Participate in the formulation and execution of product operation strategies to drive the achievement of product operation goals. 4. Collaborate closely with the technical team to assist in resolving technical issues in product operations. 5. Participate in optimizing product user experience to enhance user satisfaction.

Assist in printer product integration and implementation, participate in function testing, record and feedback product issues, and promote product optimization. 3. Collaborate with sales, technical, and product teams across departments to ensure smooth communication and project progress. 4. Maintain product user manuals and internal knowledge bases, assist in preparing training materials, and participate in training activities. 5. Learn and understand the overall order-taking solutions in the restaurant industry, including printers, API interfaces, and mobile app order-taking methods, to enhance professional competence. 6. Participate in the analysis and special tackling of complex problems, promoting the implementation of technical solutions. 7. Focus on the actual needs of each restaurant client, helping them genuinely solve order-taking and printing-related issues to improve client experience and satisfaction. 1. 负责打印机相关的软件及硬件问题的线上答疑与线下处理,保障设备稳定运行; 2. 协助打印机产品的对接与实施,参与功能测试,记录并反馈产品问题,推动产品优化; 3. 与销售、技术、产品等跨部门团队协作,完成日常沟通与进度同步,确保项目顺利推进; 4. 维护产品使用手册及内部知识库,协助制作培训材料,并参与培训工作; 5. 学习并了解餐饮行业接单整体解决方案,包括打印机、API接口、手机App等多种接单方式,提升专业能力; 6. 参与复杂问题的分析与专项攻关,推动技术解决方案的落地; 7. 关注每一个餐饮客户的实际需求,帮助客户真正解决接单和打印相关的问题,提升客户体验与满意度。
