任职要求
1. Have a background in Internet, consulting and other industry operations, data science, business analysis, and more than 5 years of work experience; 2. Have strong logical thinking ability and framework thinking ability, and be able to present work output in an orderly manner; 3. Have good communication skills, teamwork awareness, strong sense of responsibility, and be willing to take the initiative to promote the solution of various problems; 4. Strong self-motivation, willing to accept challenges, and responsible for the delivery of work results; 5. Be proficient in using SQL and other data analysis tools, and those who have been responsible for data analysis, data visualization, and strategic product construction are preferred. 具备以下条件优先 1. English can be used as a working language; 2. Have overseas work and living experience; 3. Willing to work and live overseas for a period of time.
工作职责
1. Focusing on the user-side business goals, manage the indicator system, establish and continuously iterate the weekly and monthly operation monitoring management system to promote the achievement of goals; 2. Carry out special research on key business problems through data analysis, user surveys, market research and other methods, and produce strategic recommendations; 3. Collaborate with the operation team to conduct special analysis, experimental design, and effect evaluation on daily user-side subsidies, activities, traffic and other operation strategies to promote the implementation and optimization of business strategies; 4. Manage and coordinate various data product needs within the team, such as data extraction, dashboard construction, and tag mining, and collaborate with the production and research team to implement the implementation plan and control the risks of going online.
