Sales Process Optimization: Understand the whole BD process and operation pain points of the SMB team, promote the production and research team to build sales tools, establish a standardized operation process, and improve the team's operational efficiency. 2. Sales Tool Development: Identify key points that constrain sales productivity improvement, and drive the product and research teams to develop and implement sales tools. 3. Merchant Tool Development: Identify merchant needs and pain points, and promote optimization of merchant-side product capabilities to enhance online operational efficiency for merchants. 4. Project Management: Utilize project management to ensure the successful implementation of key business goals and strategies. Mobilize resources from the strategy, product, and operations teams to effectively support the SMB team in achieving its business goals.

This individual will be responsible for driving revenue growth by managing key channel partners, building strategic relationships with integrators, distributors, and service providers, and identifying new opportunities in the commercial and SMB segments. Responsibilities: - Own full regional P&L and revenue targets for B2B security hardware, including cameras, hubs, sensors, and NVR solutions.
