Responsible for building and managing city teams from the ground up in the Dubai food delivery market, quickly enhancing team business capabilities to achieve team goals. Accountable for business development and operational results in individual cities, using scientific analysis methods to gather information, formulate, and execute operational strategies, continuously improve new onboarding and operational plans. Maintain an end-to-end perspective, quickly identify core frontline issues (BD pain points, merchant pain points, user pain points), promptly communicate feedback to headquarters, integrate resources, and expand business efficiently at low costs. Ability to manage teams with diverse cultural backgrounds, establish scientific training mechanisms from BD to BDM, and cultivate international business talents. Systematize work experiences, extract methodologies, create standard operating procedures (SOP), and establish end-to-end international business processes. Develop detailed execution plans and monitoring mechanisms, control each aspect of operations, and dynamically adjust strategies based on data to ensure expected outcomes.

1. Analyze and regulate urban supply and demand dynamics to improve Keeta’s freelance’s operation and management capabilities in the Middle East. 2. Decompose objectives and deploy freelance capacity to ensure the overall experience and delivery costs of freelance’s targets are achieved. 3. Collaborate with back-office operations teams to advance the iterative upgrading of the freelance strategic capabilities; partner with 3PLs to empower freelance capacity recruitment. 4. Monitor daily operational data, promptly identify business issues, and drive problem-solving and strategy implementation.

This role focuses on optimizing merchant performance, enhancing transaction conversion, and driving business growth through scalable operations, data insights, and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities Merchant Growth & Conversion: Design and optimize service delivery systems that enhance product operations, lead generation, and transaction conversion for new merchants on Alibaba.com, continuously improving customer success and overall transaction volume. KA Merchant Retention: Plan and execute local merchant training programs and events to drive scalable engagement and achieve key growth metrics for key accounts (KAs). Operational Enablement: Leverage data insights, customer case studies, and resource integration to support frontline sales and service teams, improving their capability to serve local merchants effectively.
